02. New Home

Elena's POV

"Welcome to your new home" Elton said as he opened the door to the house

"Wow this is actually nice" I said surprised

"What? Did you think we lived in a box?" 

"Well, I would expect that from you" He hit me in the arm and I laughed "But no, the way you described it just made it seem pretty shitty"

"Ha, pretty shitty. It rhymes." He said like a child

"I'm leaving"

I went to go explore the real house since we live in the "extra house" I guess you could call it.

"Bored of our place already?" Heath asked when I walked in

"No" I laughed "But Elton was being stupid so I left him"

"What'd he do this time?"

"I said pretty shitty and he repeated it, laughed, and pointed out that it rhymes"

"He's a child" He said as he shook his head laughing

"At least I don't have teenage girls calling me Daddy" Elton said when he appeared out of nowhere

"Shut the hell up, Elton"

"Hey, El. I'm gonna go pick up Liza. Do you wanna come?" David asked before I left, again

"He just wants to show off his Tesla" Zane pouted

When will that kid stop being jealous of everything?

"Well, yeah, but I told Liza you were here and she wants to see you ASAP"

"Yeah, sure. I'll go. I miss my little brown girl"

We weren't even in the car for 5 minutes before David started questioning me

"So, how are things with Heath?"

So maybe I forgot to mention something. I like Heath and no one knows that except for David.

"Well there are no 'things' so I guess you could say it's going great"

"Have you even tried to make a move?"

"Well, no"

"El, how do you expect anything to happen if you don't make a move?"

"I'm not expecting anything to happen because I know he doesn't like me as anything more than a friend"

David didn't have time to argue with me anymore because we pulled up to Liza's apartment building
