Elena's POV
It's been about a week. We haven't done much on the trip. We went hiking a lot, but that's about it. It's better to be there because it's more about the site than the experience
Anyway, Elton, Heath, and I all have these friends, Sam and Colby and they had an idea to break into a haunted mall
"You guys realize that this is illegal, right? It's breaking and entering and trespassing" I told them when we were on our way there
"Shut up, El. You were trying to convince your brother to go. What's the problem now?" Colby said. We were pretty close
I flipped him off
"Reality finally hit her since we're almost there" Heath said, turning around to face Colby
"Eyes on the road, idiot" I said
"Goals" Sam laughed from the backseat
We pulled up to the mall and I was really hating it at this point
"It's fine, princess" Colby said, jokingly
"Shut the hell up" I joked back
He knew I hated anyone else but Heath calling me anything else but my name
We walked up and Elton realized there was no door
"Great, home?" I asked
"Not a chance" Sam laughed "There's an opening there we can jump through" He was already going up to it
"Okay. Sam goes, then Colby, then Elena, then Heath, then me" Elton explained
Sam and Colby went but I didn't want to. It seemed very high
"Just c'mon, brat" Colby laughed from above me
"Don't call her that" Heath snapped
"It's okay. He joking" I assured him, patting his arm
"Okay, but you have to step there and then just jump" He explained while pointing
I did it and surprisingly I was up in record time
We had to wait a while for Heath to finally come around, he was probably just pacing around
Elton came and we went walking around
"Guys shut up" Sam said quietly
"Why?" I whispered
"There's cops down there" He said, pointing
"Can we go then?" I asked Heath. We were still pretty close to where we came in
"No, we just wait it out. They'll leave" He said very calmly
How can he be calm? We're gonna get arrested
"We're not gonna get arrested" Elton said
"How'd you know that's what I was thinking?"
"Guys, seriously. Shut it" Sam said again
We sat down in a circle, silent for a good half hour
After a while, I pulled out my phone and started playing a game
"You're a child" Colby whispered
I just winked at him

We decided to leave the mall because it was boring and now we're at Subway
The guys all ordered and it was my turn
"What do you want?" Heath asked me. After the one time he did it at Chipolte, he's been ordering for me everywhere. It's really cute
I told him and he told the lady who just smiled at us for like 10 seconds before making my sandwich
"Goals" Colby said quietly
"I know, right?" I laughed
*(I know this is really short, and I'm sorry. I felt bad for not updating for you guys in a long time so I wrote this even tho I'm not in the right mindset)*
