24. Gabby

I'm sorry, please don't remove the story from your libraries or anything. I'm not giving up on the story, I'm just behind in school & I gotta have my priorities. I'm updating now bc I've gotten quite a few people asking about the updates so I figure you guys are getting antsy & I apologize.

Elena's POV

The guys are going to go meet up with Gabby today. I'm not going for obvious reasons

It's been bothering me that Heath is going because one, she likes him and two, he said he didn't like her but if he didn't like her, he'd be here with me.

"Wanna do something today?" David asked, coming into the living room where I was watching Tangled

"Yeah, I guess" I didn't wanna sit around all day but I didn't wanna bother anyone but since he came to me first, I'll go

"He just wants to show off the Tesla" Zane yelled from somewhere

"Jealous" I yelled back, leaving the house

"Where are we going?" I asked David once we got in the car

"We could go pick up Liza" He offered

I thought it would just be David and I today. If Liza comes, then I'll just be third wheeling

"Or not" He said when I didn't answer

"I'm sorry, it's nothing against her obviously. I just wanna spend some time with my best friend"

"Okay, sure. Where are we going, then?" 

"I have no idea" I laughed

"I've got it" He smirked. Oh no

Basically what we're gonna do is, we're going to go to the drive thru's for every restaurant we see and order a milkshake and we have to finish it before we get to the next restaurant (Totally got this idea from SMOSH)

We pulled up to McDonald's first and I got a chocolate milkshake while David got a vanilla, ew

We chugged it and managed to finish them before we got to Jack-in-the-Box

(Boring, don't know what to write about them actually doing it)

10 fast food joints and 10 milkshakes later, we decided we were done

"Who's dumb-ass idea was this?" He laughed

"This idiot that thinks he's so cool because he has a Tesla"

"Get out" He said, pushing a button to open my door

"And you're still showing off" I laughed, closing my door

We were on our way home so we could just die when I got a text from Elton

I opened the picture and it broke my heart

It was my biggest fear coming to life

It was Heath and Gabby kissing

"Hey, instead of going home, can you drop me off at Liza's?" I asked David

"Yeah, sure" He said, not questioning it since he could hear my seriousness

"Thanks" I said, still staring at the picture

"What is it you're looking at?" He asked, parking the car in front of Liza's building

I didn't say anything, just showed him the picture

"That bastard" He mumbled under his breath

I didn't know how to respond to that, or if I was even supposed to hear it so I just said my thank you's and got out

I walked to Liza's door which was already open. David must have told her what happened

"Wanna talk about it?" She asked as I walked in

"No, I just wanna take my mind off of it" I said, trying not to sound rude

I'm not gonna cry over it, I was expecting it. It's Heath, he's irresistible and Gabby is really good and convincing people to do what she wants them to

OKAY HI, THIS ISNT ANOTHER AUTHORS NOTE OR WHATEVER- well kinda- BUT ANYWAYS, I WANT YOUR GUYS' OPINION

FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER, SHOULD I DO DAVID'S POV?- i have an idea for it- OR SHOULD I JUST CONTINUE ELENA'S AND SHOW WHAT SHE DOES WITH LIZA? I'M LEANING TOWARDS THE DAVID POV BUT I WANNA KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS WANT.
