A/N: Hello peoples! No I am not dead, I've just been really sick the past few days (sorry). But now I have the next chappie for you all.

Dark Dan: Don't forget about me!

Me: Oh yeah *sigh* Dan's joining me this chapter because he was looking for Danny and he found Danny and they fought and destroyed my writer's room *glares at Dan* so now I have him trapped while Danny gets a 10,000 mile headstart.

Dark Dan: Wait until I get out of here.

Me: Excuse me? I am the writer! I COULD END YOU!

Dark Dan: *falls instantly silent*

Me: Better, now without further ado I hope you enjoy the next chapter.

Danny's POV

I was in darkness once more. Clenching my fists I let them ignite with glowing green flames, "I know you're out there. Show yourself!" I yelled into the pitch black.

A figure stepped out of the shadows, his white hair flaming, eyes blood red, a fanged grin on his face. His cape flowed behind him as he walked and the small yellow stone on it's black chain hung around his neck.

"Hello Danny," Dan said, his voice smooth and calm.

I adjusted my footing, preparing for an attack. Dan noticed this and chuckled, "Oh Danny, when will you learn?"

He flicked his hand towards me and I was sent flying backwards. I fell into a chair and as I plopped into the seat, metal restraints appeared on my wrists and ankles. I struggled against them, trying to use my ghost powers as well, but nothing was working. Dan walked over to me, "When will you learn that I am the one in control?"

I shook my head, "No, I won't become you. I can't! The only way for you to exist is for my ghost half and Vlad's ghost half to merge, and there is no way that's gonna happen."

I grinned at my smart response but it soon fell when Dan began to laugh. "There are other routes you can take to get to the same destination," he whispered. Dan began to walk around me, "My creation relied on your humanity being destroyed and a surplus of negative energy to be combined with your energy. That is easy to replicate."

I pulled against the restraints, "I won't let you!"

Dan stopped in front of me and grabbed a fistful of my hair causing me to cry out in pain. He yanked my head back so that I was looking directly into his eyes, "Who said I was asking permission?"

After pulling my hair a bit more, Dan released me. He crossed his legs and rose up off the ground, resting his elbow on his knee and his fist under his chin. "So," he said simply.

I sat there confused, "So what?" I asked angrily.

"You're probably bursting at the seams with questions, why not get it over with?" he said.

I was shocked, "How do I know if I ask you something you won't lie to me?"

Dan shrugged, "You don't"

I sighed, "Why are you even letting me ask questions?"

Dan rolled his eyes, "I was bored and wanted a little fun so what better way to get some entertainment than to pop inside your head?"

I didn't want to do what he wanted but I needed to try and get some answers. So I started asking questions "Who set you free?"

Dan smiled, as if he was pleased by my question, "That, I'm afraid, is classified information. My associates prefer to keep themselves unknown."

Associates? Dan was working with more than one person? This was bad. "Ok, what about that whole prophecy?"

Dan's smile grew wider, it was very unnerving, "The Phantom Prophecy. Such a lovely thing. Spelling out the doom of the Ghost Zone, assisted by your hand. It will be so much fun to watch."

"I would never!" I yelled as I pulled at the metal restraints around my wrists once more. I only succeeded in making the skin on my wrists and ankles raw and sore.

Dan's feet touched the ground, "You would, and you will."

My evil double walked over to me and looked me over from head to toe, "I must say, your uniform has greatly improved. You've even grown your hair out." He grabbed my vest and leaned in close so that I could smell his awful breath, "You're already more like me than you know."

I coughed, "At least I've heard of mouthwash."

Dan growled and let go of my vest, only for him to backhand me across the face. I felt needles of pain flare through my right cheek and I fought back tears. I choked out a laugh, "That all you got?"

My right eye was slightly closed due to the pain but I was able to see the anger on Dan's face clearly. I smiled.

"You're lucky they need you alive or else I'd kill you here and now," he hissed, his serpent tongue becoming visible.

I snickered, "The fearsome Dan Phantom, taking orders. Who knew?"

"You little-" Dan was cut off as the stone around his neck began to glow. Dan smiled, "I must be going now, but don't worry our little chat is far from over."

Dan turned and began to walk away from me, "You'll be hearing from me soon Danny. You can't escape your fate."

My evil double was swallowed up by the shadows and the chair disappeared. I fell onto the ground and cupped my stinging cheek. I applied a thin layer of frost over it to try and heal it. Standing up I looked around, Dan was gone. But I knew he'd be back.

I began walking through the darkness, hearing little whispers.

'Between Life and Death'

'The bringer of Doom'

'The Phantom Prophecy'

'You can't escape'

I ignored them all and continued walking. Dan wasn't going to get to me, not this time. I had my family and they would help me through this. Dan and whoever he was working for don't stand a chance.

"Bring it on fate," I shouted into the darkness, "Danny Phantom is ready!"

A/N: Hope you all enjoyed that. I promise I will try to get another update out ASAP. So I still want to hear your thoughts on my potential story ideas and requests are very much welcomed! Thank you all so much and I'll see you in the next one!

Dark Dan: Do you have any snacks?

Me: NO SNACKS FOR YOU!
