August 8. One year later.
Katie's POV
"Thank God. The dance was wonderful! And you know what's gonna happen tomorrow at 7:35 P.M. right?" "Oh yes I do. Our one year anniversary." I loved him. He hasn't changed one bit at all. I hope to marry that boy some day. Sam was now 17 and I was 16. Our mothers were still happy with our relationship. We couldn't wait to move out and get our own little house. Maybe a small double-wide. Some horse property on it. Sounds like a plan. I was smiling like a fool. We declared August 8 7:35 P.M. our anniversary date. I hope this goes on for years down the road.
"Babe. I love you. I just want you to know I'll never leave you." "Awe. Love you too babe. I'll never leave you either. " We never had a fight. Just thinking about it made me wanna cry. I've seen relationships where people are constantly at it. I was so thankful for that. He treated me nice. Never caught him texting other girls. He truly was mine. We went out to grab a burger. Our life flashed through my mind. The good times we've had. We were definitely in it for the long run. I'd be Mrs. Matthews...
