What the... I turned around. This girl sounded very desperate to dance. She was just pleading in a sad voice. I said I wasn't gonna dance with anyone else. You said that Sam. I turned around to see who it was. Ali.. "Oh no. You are not gonna dance with me. Uh uh." I was trying to not show my anger. She was back. Just like Mason. "Oh Sam! I miss you. Please. Just one dance." "Ali, no. That's over. No way I'm gonna dance or lay one hand on you." "Oh what's the matter? Do you have little miss innocent Katie Anderson as your date?" She said making a sarcastic frown face. "Sam I'm better now. I miss you. Tanner and I broke up. I miss you Sam!"

"Listen here Ali. I'm not going back to that. You'll find someone again and leave me. I have someone already anyways." She looked at me with puppy eyes. "Oh really." "Yeah. And her name IS Katie Anderson." I walked away but she grabbed my arm. I wasn't gonna chance anything around her. Wasn't gonna push her off because she'd say I was fighting her. As I turned around she shot straight towards me. Then, she decided to grab the back of my head and pull me in for a kiss. I tried pushing her away but it was already too late. Katie was walking up to me with Montana. "Katie. I can explain. This is a fucking dumb situation anyways." "S-Sam. I thought I could trust you. How can you explain kissing a girl?" Katie started walking fast towards the gate out of the dance. "Katie! Stop. This wasn't my fault! Please!" I begged her. I ran after her. No stopping. I felt like I was gonna pass out. "K-- Ka--..."

Katie's POV

I heard him behind me. My name getting weaker when he said it. Then a thump. I looked behind me and saw him. Passed out on the ground. Why the hell would he kiss her? Did he play me? He looked like he definitely wasn't enjoying that kiss. God dammit, Sam. "Sam. Sam." Nothing. Welp. Here we go. Saving someone who did wrong, I think anyways. Montana helped me get Sam and take him to the truck. Montana had a license so she could drive him home. I was missing the dance. It's okay. It's okay. It was just a dance. It'll be there again.

We got home and took Sam down. He was slowly starting to gain consciousness. "Katie. Please. I didn't do wrong. Damn Ali pulled me in to kiss her. I was trying to pull away as soon as her lips landed on mine but you showed up at the wrong time. You can tell she was getting drunk. Katie. I love you." Those words... He said them. The first time we ever said them... Ooh this boy. Barely know him boyfriend wise but he's a handful. Will I forgive him for what he did? Good question. Let's see what his bigger story is. He's still a little out of it. I didn't say nothing back to him. I'm sure he knew why.
