Chapter 8: Falling

(Tenley POV)

After about twenty minutes I calmed down enough to look at Colson. I was so embarrassed, I didn't mean for that to happen. "Colson, I'm so sorry. I don't know what happened." "It's okay baby, I should've known better than to try this with you. I'm the one that should be sorry." He kissed my neck carefully. I still couldn't help but feel guilty. "I can do this, I swear, it's just been a while for me that's all." I lied partially. I wanted to have sex with him. Very much so, but not only has it been a while, but that incident on the bus has me spooked. It brought up memories of my past that I worked way too hard to bury. "There is no way in hell that I'm gonna let you fuck me tonight Tenley. You obviously are not okay and it's my fault." "Colson it is NOT your fault. Please, please don't think that way. I wanna do this, but maybe I just need to wait a little bit."

"We will wait as long as you need to babe." He said nodding his head. He gave me a tight squeeze and a peck on the head. "Are you sure that you're okay with this?" I was so worried that he would hate me because of this. "Yes I'm sure babe, let's get you dressed and in bed. I'll sleep on the other bed tonight." I nodded in response and he took me by my hands and guided me up. Once I was standing he walked me to the bed and helped me down before getting my suitcase and setting it next to me. I decided to lay down on my stomach with my ass in the air, obviously trying to tease him. When he opened up the bag his jaw dropped to the floor. I couldn't help but laugh at him, I've never seen a look like that before. "You okay Colson?" "Um...Yea it's just...I never thought you'd have this kind of stuff in here." He pulled out a handful of lingerie and lacy underwear. I laughed even harder, "What the fuck man? Why are you laughing at me like that?!" He seemed a little flustered, I just couldn't help myself. I quickly calmed down before I answered him. "I'm sorry, I just figured you've seen enough of that shit so it wouldn't bother you as much, ya know?" I started to snicker again and he shot me an evil look. "I've seen plenty half naked girls in see through shit, but I haven't seen it on you, which makes me curious and excited. I can't wait for you to model some of this stuff for me babe." He winked at me and smacked my ass before putting it all back. I yawned big and decided to leave the conversation there for the night. I grabbed one of my old band t-shirts and my black booty shorts before disappearing into the bathroom and locking the door. I looked in the mirror when I went to brush my teeth and I immediately looked away. I had bruises all over the side of my face and chin. I had a goose egg on my head from the guy putting my head through a window. I looked like a mess, I decided to just hurry up and get out of the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and hair, wiped off what makeup I had on and put my hair up into a messy bun. 'That'll do for tonight.' I thought and smiled at myself, but it dropped as soon as I saw the bruises again. I heard a faint knock on the door. "Hey babe you okay?" "Yea...um...I'll be right there." I sighed loudly and opened the door to a shirtless Colson propped up against the door frame. He looked down at me and smiled. I saw hunger in his eyes and I know I had the same look in my own. He moved so I could walk to my bed, but he never took his eyes off me. "Quit starring Colson." I sang as I sat on my bed and covered up with the comforter. "I can't help it babe. You're so gorgeous." "Yea right, get in bed so I can turn the lights off." I'm usually a very confident person, but these bruises made me feel ugly, how could he think that right now? All of a sudden he was on top of me, his hands on my shoulders and starring deep into my eyes. "Tenley don't you ever say that again. I think you're the most beautiful woman I've ever seen and you will never change my mind." He stayed like that, searching for understanding in my eyes. "O-o-okay." I was completely shocked. He gave me a small smile and kissed my forehead. "Good." And with that he jumped off the bed and went to walk away to the other one. "Wait! Colson please sleep with me tonight. I don't wanna sleep alone."

"You don't have to tell me twice!" He said smiling and then jumped on the bed next to me. He quickly got under the covers and held me in his arms tightly. I turned off the lights and TV. He gave me a swift kiss on the lips, but when he went to pull away I put my hands on his head and held him there. I didn't want it to stop. Our kiss started to get hot and heavy again. I could feel his hands find their way under my shirt, feeling every part of me, and I could feel every inch of him grow in his boxers. 'When did he take off his pants?' I thought. 'Oh well, right now I want everything off.' Unfortunately before I could move my hand to his member he pulled himself off of me. "Tenley I told you, I want you to really be sure. We can't right now, but I promise we will." I gave him a huff, showing him that I wasn't happy about it, but gave him a kiss on the cheek anyways. "Fine." I said while crossing my arms. He chuckled, "I promise baby, it will be amazing when it happens." He gave me another kiss and got comfortable. We ended up talking the night away. Getting to know each other better. All of our favorite things, things we love and hate, etc... But right before I faded away into the darkness I heard Kells' voice in my ear. "Goodnight baby girl." After that there was nothing.
