Chapter 13: Home Soon

(Tenley POV)

I saw Colson holding hands with Hunter and Casie, we were at a park I didn't recognize, each one of them were smiling at each other and walking towards the playground. I don't know why I was so far away from them, I tried to catch up, but no matter what I did I couldn't. As I tried run to them a man stepped out from behind a tree and grabbed me at my throat, pinning me to the tree. I tried to scream, but nothing came out, I kicked and punched, but nothing seemed to faze him. He just stared at me with demonic black eyes, and an evil smirk on his face. I thought I recognized this man... I thought it was Matt, but it couldn't have been. This man was otherworldly, out for blood. I felt terrified and no one noticed that he was about to kill me. I looked over at my family and saw Colson playing on the jungle gym with our kids, 'Why won't he help me?' I thought as I started to feel tears well up into my eyes...

"Baby? Baby wake up!" Colson's words brought me out of the nightmare. I jolted up to see him sitting next to me with a concerned look on his face. "Babe are you okay? You were hitting me an-" I threw myself in his arms, tears streaming down my face. I don't know what happened, and I don't wanna know. "Sshhh... It's alright babe, I'm here, you're safe with me calm down." I put my face in his chest and sobbed uncontrollably, I felt him play with my hair and rub my back. After I finally calmed down I told Colson all about the nightmare, I didn't want to tell him what happened the night before, but I knew I would have to soon. He went from sitting next to me, to pacing the room, his hands balled up into fists and an angry look on his face, "I'm gonna kill that motherfucker." Seeing Colson this way made me afraid, not afraid of him, but afraid of what he'll do to Matt. "Colson please sit down, you're making me nervous and I need you next to me. Please babe?" He looked towards me and his facial features immediately softened, he relaxed his hands and sat down next to me, pulling me into his embrace. I breathed in and relaxed into his arms, we laid down on the bed together as he held me, but before we could go any further his phone rang. Colson reached up for it and looked at the caller I.D. "Well, it looks like our kids are awake." He said with a smile, right after that he answered his phone. "Hey Ash...Nah, we just woke up ourselves...Are they hungry?...Well tell them mommy and daddy will be there soon ...Aight man, bye." As soon as he hung up he gave me a kiss on the top of my head and carefully moved me out of his arms and got out of bed. "It's time to be parents again baby, the kids are up and waiting for us to get them food." He pulled out some clothes from his suitcase and started to get dressed so I did the same, but when I went to grab my clothes he slapped me on my ass then quickly grabbed my hips, when I turned around to smack him back his lips were on mine in an instant. "Mmmm... Good morning sexy." I couldn't be mad at him for that so I just smiled back at him. "Good morning to you too Sir." I winked, automatically turning him on. He threw me to the bed and started to climb on top of me. "Colson no, we have to go get our kids!" I laughed, this relationship was so refreshing. He started to make a light trail of kisses, starting at my jaw and going downwards. "Yea, but, I love you. And watching you change gets me all worked up, Ash can stall them for a little bit." He said in between kisses. "Fiiiiinnnneee." I said, stretching out the word. "Oh yea, like you really didn't want to." He said sarcastically, "Shut up before I change my mind!" I laughed. It seemed that he didn't want to waste any time because all of a sudden our clothes were flying all over the room. He made his way down to my area and started licking. I moved my hips as he did so, making me moan. It all stopped too soon though as he pulled me up, his member right in front of my face. I didn't hesitate though, I started to suck ever so lightly, I looked up and saw his head leaned back and eyes closed, his lips parted and moans escaped his mouth. I was happy to please him, but he pulled out of my mouth and sat down in front of me, bringing me onto his lap and slowly thrusting inside me. Once he was all the way in we moved together. Screams of pleasure filled our room and even though we were moving all over our bed for over an hour it felt like it was over in five minutes. We laid down next to each over, heavily breathing at the same time when his phone beeped. He broke away from our embrace and looked at it. "Damn man, fifteen missed texts from Ash and a missed phone call." I turned over so I was right next to him again and started to kiss his shoulders and back, the light kisses tickling him. "So, what do they say?" I asked in between each kiss. He chuckled, "Well it's safe to say that she's a little pissed at us. She took the kids out for breakfast about five minutes ago, they'll be on their way back in an hour." He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me back to his chest. So you know what that means." He said wiggling his eye brows at me. I giggled, "Nooooo, explain?" He shook his head like he was disappointed. "Well, it means we can have more fun with each other." He started to suck on my neck, leaving marks I'm sure. I growled in his ear, "That sounds like a good idea to me, on the balcony?" I asked seductively. He looked at me with wide eyes and nodded violently before jumping up off the bed, picking me up over his shoulder and running to the door. "Colson! Put. Me. Down!" I yelled and laughed at the same time. Once we got outside he put me down, but then quickly shoved me against the balcony facing out. He moved my hair before kissing my neck. He moved from there down my back, kissing, sucking, and biting. He knew how much that got me. That was my weakness. Just like sucking on his neck and ear was for him. After that it was just an explosion of pleasure thirty stories high. It was incredible. Once we were done we figured we needed to stop being hermits and get out. We cleaned up, got dressed, I got my face on while he did his hair, and surprisingly mine. After that we called Ash to see where they were. She told Colson they were on their way back and were going to go see what the guys were up to, so we went across the hall and waited for them. We all hung out and laughed at each other, passing a blunt around and making up stupid games. Once we were done with the blunt the guys kinda split up, a few were playing games on the TV. Some were making food and drinking. Some on their phones. Colson and I decided to have some more alone time, so we walked into one of the bedrooms, shutting the door behind us and laid down on the bed. "So why was the dream about Matt babe? He's always seemed to be a nice guy." We played with each other's fingers for a minute before I answered him. "Well last night I was pissed so I went out to get some smokes and get the kids a juice... When I came back He scared because he came up behind me. Once I saw it was him I yelled at him for taking off before the show. Well he confronted me, telling me he had feelings for me and he was upset that 'we because an us.' His exact words. When I basically turned him down he got mad and punched the walk behind my head and then left." Colson's eyes were on fire. I thought he was scary before, no, this wasn't just scary, this was terrifying. "He tried to hit you?" He said, his voice was flat and low. Those beautiful blue eyes I fell in love with all to quickly were no longer their normal crystal blue color, but now a deep navy blue, his pupils were as wide as could be. I touched his face lightly, "No babe, I don't think he was trying to hurt me, I told him to either deal or leave the band and he did, we don't have to see him again." He showed no emotion, but pure hatred. His eyes were on me, but he wasn't looking at me, "Colson, baby please. It's okay I promise he's not gonna come back." He finally focused on my voice and came out of his trance, he put one hand on my hip, and the other touched my face the way I touched his. "Tenley, I love you. I don't know why I fell so hard for you and Hunter, but I did. You guys are mine forever, and I would never forgive myself if something bad happened to you or the kids. You three are my world now, well, not counting my career. If he ever comes around you again and none of us are around I want you to call me immediately, got that?" His voice went from soft and loving to hard and demanding. Like a father telling his teenager what to do, and that was the wrong thing to do to me. I slipped out of his grip and moved away from him. "Tenley what the hell?" He went to move closer to me and I put my hand up, telling him to stop. "You do not get to tell me what to do Colson Baker. I am your girl, your partner. NOT your fucking teenage daughter, you got that?!" I was fuming, I was sure steam was coming out of my ears because Colson's eyes got wide when I started talking. The more I talked the angrier I got. "I love you too Colson and I understand why you want me to do what you demanded, but you aren't the only one who came from a horrible place. A broken home, the ghetto, drugs, abuse, do I need to go on? I think I know how to handle myself. I would fuck up guys three times my size all the time. Now, I will call you if he comes around, but do not treat me like a child again." He looked at me intently and nodded his head, "Can I come over to you now?" I shrugged my shoulders and turned away from him. "Nah, I think you can keep your distance." I was joking, but I wasn't gonna let him see that. I heard some commotion outside the bedroom door so I started to walk towards it when I heard his say something under his breath, "What was that babe?" I asked. As I turned to look at him he was running to me. "I said fuck it!" He yelled as he picked me up and wrapped my body around his. I laughed at him as he smiled back at me. "See? I knew you weren't really mad at me." He smirked at me. I planted a kiss on his lips hard, when all of a sudden we heard banging on the door. "Ya'll motherfuckas better not be fucking on my bed!" Colson laughed in our kiss then put me down. "Aye Slim, chill out man we ain't doin' shit!" Colson opened the bedroom door and we stepped into the living room. Ash and the kids were sitting on the couch next to Dub and Rook. Hunter was talking up a storm to the guys while Casie was playing with Ashleigh's hair. "Hey have you guys seen the kids? Ash said they'd be here, but I don't know how long they're gonna be." I said to the room full of people, then looked at Ashleigh and winked, she smiled back at me. When Hunter and Casie heard my voice their little heads popped us with the biggest grins I had ever seen. "Mommy!" Hunter yelled, they both ran to me, running into my legs and gripping them tightly. I hugged them both as tight as I could, "There you guys are! I thought you ran away from us!" Casie laughed at what I said, making Colson and I smile. He bent down next to Cas and opened his arms up, "What do I not get any love?" Both kids then threw themselves into his arms, he wrapped his long arms around their little bodies, he was hugging them one second, tickling them the next. Their laughter filled the room, making everyone else laugh right along with them. After everyone calmed down I went to sit next to Ashleigh, Colson beat me to the seat next to her though. He took my hand and pulled me into his lap, our kids sitting on the floor in front of us so they could play. "So what's the next step Ash? Do we leave today?" I looked from the kids to Ashleigh. "Well we have to go to San Diego next, but we can stay one more night, this is technically our day off, but if we stay tonight we need to leave first thing in the morning." I nodded my head, while the rest of the guys moaned in frustration. I shook my head and laughed. "Guys it's not that bad, we wake up at five and leave, we'll be there in just enough time to get the stage ready and have sound check, then start the show. Right Ash?" She smiled at me, she looked relieved. "Yes! Finally someone gets it! Thank you Dolly, we seem to be the only ones who can think logically." I laughed, that was definitely the truth. "Okay so since we have the day off and it's only noon what do we want to do today?" I asked the kids. They shrugged their shoulders simultaneously, not caring about what I said. "What about going to a theme park or something?" Colson said to the whole room. "Bowling?" Slim asked, everyone nodded in agreement. "Okay, it's settled then, kiddos let's get shoes on, we're leaving." Casie looked up at Colson as I started to help her put on her socks and Chucks, "Daddy can we stay with you guys tonight?" He chuckled under his breath, "Of course baby, whatever you and Hunter want." They both yelled in excitement. As I got Casie ready Colson got Hunter ready. I watched in amazement as Hunter smiled up at Colson. He was opening up to someone else besides family and I couldn't have been happier. Maybe Colson just wasn't the one for me, but for the both of us. "Whatcha lookin' at baby?" Colson's words brought me out of my thoughts, "Nothin', alright, is everyone ready?" I said to the kids, but the whole room replied. I laughed as we all filed out of the room, Casie holding one hand and Hunter holding the other, Colson was walking next to us and in the corner of my eye I could see Hunter's little hand reach up for Colson's, he grabbed his hand and Colson held on tightly before breaking my grip on him and putting Hunter up on his shoulders. Hunter laughed as they ran down the hallway.

After bowling we went out to eat, everyone was talking loudly, still hyped up from the hours of fun we all had, I was cutting up Hunter's hotdog when I felt someone tugging on my shirt. "Hey Tenley, I have a question." I looked over and saw Casie's eyes looking up at me with curiosity, "Yea baby, what's up?" I leaned over so I was at eye level with her, Colson stopped his conversation with Dub to hear what Casie was going to ask me. "Can I call you Mommy too? Hunter gets to." My eyes grew big as I looked up at Colson, searching for an answer. "Baby, I don't think that's a good idea." Colson said low enough for only us to hear. "But Daddy! It's no fair that I don't have a Mommy when I'm here and Hunter does!" She stomped her little foot in anger. "Well, Tenley IS Hunter's Mommy Hun, so he's allowed to call her Mommy." Her eyes started to well up with tears, "Okay, how about this. You are allowed to call me Mommy, and if it's okay with you and Daddy, Hunter can call him Daddy too, is that okay?" I asked her, her face lit up as she nodded quickly, making her ponytail bounce up and down. I smiled at her, "Okay, good. Now, go back to your food and eat up okay baby?" "Okay Mommy!" She said with a grin before skipping back to her chair next to Colson. I looked from her to Colson, who was staring at me with a disapproving look. "Why did you tell her it was okay babe?" I shrugged my shoulders, "We will figure this out, but right now if it makes them comfortable then it's okay with me. Are you okay with it?" I looked at him and saw a small smile creep up on his face. "Yea it's okay, I get it, but you're helping me deal with her mother whenever she calls, I was hoping eventually that she would want to call you mommy, but I figured it would be later down the road. Like WAY later." I looked at him in confusion, "What do you mean?" He laughed. "You'll see." He grabbed my hand and held it tightly, butterflies flew around in my stomach again. For once I felt like I was home with a family. I sat there with a toothy grin, looking around the table, seeing everyone fucking around with each other. Everyone was all smiles and laughs. Dub, Baze, Slim, Rook, Ash, Joe, etc... They were all our family now. I looked over to Colson and saw his crystal like eyes staring at me, the same grin on his face. He kissed me on my forehead and then whispered in my ear, "Yes baby, you're home now." I giggled. "So you read minds now?" I asked quietly. "Only yours babe, I had the same feeling when we first started. It's nice to feel like you belong somewhere, huh?" I nodded at him and he kissed me again. Everyone howled at us, making me blush. They started to chant for us to kiss again and we did. This time it was filled with passion, and everyone started to yell again, pounding their fists on the table. A waiter came over to yell at everyone at the table and we all started laughing as he walked away. "Is it always like this?" I asked him, he shook his head, "I guess so." We laughed together as he wrapped his arm around my shoulders.

We carried two sleeping kids into our room, Colson laid Hunter down on the bed gently and I did the same with Casie, we took off their shoes and socks and Ashleigh brought in their bags from her room. After we said goodnight to her we changed our children into their jammies, then got ourselves ready for bed. "I think I could get used to this." Colson said as he laid down next to me. "Yea, I think I could too baby, but we gotta crash now, we get up in like four hours, remember?" He looked down at me and smiled, "I knew there was a reason I loved you." I laughed, "Why? Because I keep your ass in check?" He turned the lights out before cuddling up to me under the comforter, "That and more baby, I love you Dolly." I gave him a peck on the lips before getting comfortable. "I love you too baby."

A/N: Okay guys, sorry this chapter isn't the best, I have been having some medical problems and have been put on bed rest while I wait for surgery so unfortunately I've been preoccupied, but I promise that I will update with chapters as much as I can. I can't even go to the MGK concert this Saturday (10.15.16) because of this shit! :'( So I've been pretty bummed out this week. Thank you for being so patient with me! I'll start writing the next chapter as soon as I can, hopefully this week! LTFU!
