Chapter 20: Colors Pt. 2

"I don't know babe, that might've been the best one yet." I winked at Colson, making him laugh. "If that's the best I've done then I gotta up my game!"
I straddled him, kissed his forehead lightly and then went to start putting my clothes on, but before I could he grabbed my arm and pulled me back down to his chest. "Where do you think you're goin' girl?" I kissed him again, this time through a smile. "Well today is our first day completely alone, don't you think we should do something with it?" I pulled my black cami shirt over my head, then jumped into my black shorts. Colson shrugged before standing up, "Yea, I guess." He put his boxer briefs on and came up behind me. "Or we can take this upstairs." He said in between kisses going up my neck. He knew how hard it was for me to resist and shortly after I grabbed his hands and practically dragged him upstairs. Once we were in my room he took over, throwing me on the bed before turning around and slamming the door behind him. "I'm gonna have fun with you this time." He winked at me before jumping on the bed, making me yelp. He crawled on top of me, kissing every inch of my body in the process. The way this was going, we'd be here all day..

By time we made our way out of the bedroom it was starting to get dark. "Really babe? We wasted a whole day!" I smacked him on the arm lightly, he smiled at me and pulled me into his arms, wrapping them around me tightly. "Well what can I say, you drive me crazy." He gave me another toothy grin before kissing me on the forehead and releasing me so we could get dressed.

I walked over to the closet and pulled out a pair of dark blue jeans and a Misfits t-shirt. "So, we've got the whole night open now, what do you want to do?" I asked while pulling on my jeans. When he didn't answer I looked up, only to see him standing in the doorway of the closet starring at me like a piece of meat. My eyes widened, "Colson, NO! You need to give my body a break!" I was trying my hardest to sound serious, but the look he was giving me was making me crack. "What? I can't watch my beautiful woman get dressed?" He looked at me with this look that I haven't seen before, it was love, lust, seduction, but at the same time it was so much more than all of that. "Okay babe you're starting to freak me out, you okay?" He half grinned at me, wiped the edge of his lower lip with his thumb and slowly walked over to me. "Yeah I'm good, as I said, just wanna watch this gorgeous specimen in front of me do her thing, I can't help it. You put me in a trance." He wrapped his arms around me and kissed my forehead before grabbing his clothes and getting himself dressed.

Once we were both put together we decided to just take a drive. We went all over Arizona before we saw a small carnival out in the middle of nowhere. He pulled into a spot as I tried to call my sister. "Babe it keeps going to voicemail, I think she's ignoring me. I just wanted to talk to my son.." I said hanging my head. Colson took his index finger under my chin and brought my head back up to meet his eyes. "It's gonna be okay Ten, just leave a message and we'll swing by there in a little bit." I let out a sign and text Penny.

Hey, tried to call a couple times to talk to Hunter. I guess call me when you can. Tell him I love him!

I put my phone away and smiled at Colson, "Alright, you ready?" He grinned back, "Always babe." He got out of the car then helped me out before locking it up. Of course we immediately got noticed by people, but it wasn't as bad as we thought, just a lot of people wanting pictures together. Throughout the night we discovered new things about each other. Like his love for carnival food and games and my fear of heights. Or the fact that we both loved funnel cake so much that we fought over who ate more. The night was filled with so much fun and joy, but of course happiness doesn't last very long before something bad happens. On our way out I tried to call my sister again. "Colson she's still not picking up. I'm fucking done with her petty shit!!" He chuckled to himself and handed me the car keys. "Lead the way babe." He said with a toothy grin.
