Y/n's POV:

"So does 7 sound ok?" Aaron asked, his voice making my heart flutter as I clutched onto my phone tighter.

"Yeah." I smile, closing my eyes as I listened to his laugh through the phone.

"Alright," He said, a smile apparent on his lips. "7 it is."

"I guess I'll see you then Aaron." I reply, His name rolling off my tongue like the melody of my favorite love song.

"Till then Y/n." He said back. Making my smile widen as he said my name softly. "I'm looking forward to seeing you."

"Really?" I laugh.

"Yeah." He sighed, before chuckling.

"Bye Aaron." I whisper. He stayed quiet for a moment before replying.

"Bye."

"I'm serious so nervous to see this movie." I said, giving him a scared face as we stood in line at the movie theater. Aaron laughed, looking over at me in amusement.

"Me too." He smiled, as he put his hands awkwardly in his pockets. After a few minutes of silence, we reached the movie theater window.

"Two tickets for Ouija." Aaron said, handing the man his credit card and ID. After the man finished clearing our ages and handing us the tickets, Aaron gave me a small smile as he held the front door open for me.

"Thank you." I whisper.

"You're welcome." He smiled, following behind me as we walked into the lobby of the theater. The smell of popcorn filling my nose, making my mouth water.

"Do you want to get some popcorn?" Aaron asked, looked in my eyes as he reached for his pocket to pull out his wallet again.

"Oh no," I smile. "I'd just end up throughout it all over you at the scary parts anyways." I giggle. Aaron laughed, nodding understandingly.

"Let's go get good seats then." He said, smoothly nodding over the entrance, making me smile to myself as I followed him.

"Where do you want to sit?" He whispered in my ear. Chills running down my spin as I scanned over the almost empty theater. A group of five guys sat in the very front, leaving the rest to us.

"I don't know." I smile. "Where do you like to sit?"

Aaron shrugged before leading the way to the middle of the sea of chairs. Turning to look at me as he stopped. I smiled as he asked with his eyes if that was ok.

"Perfect." I smile, taking my seat. Aaron taking the one to my left, I put down my right arm rest as he put down his left. Both of us awkwardly leaving the middle rest up.

We watched quietly as the commercials and opening credits played. My head started to race as I felt Aaron looking at me out of the corner of his eye.

I took a deep breath, licking my lips as I tried to focus on the movie.

I jumped a foot out of my seat as a jump scare appeared on the screen. I looked over at Aaron, as I felt my body relax. His fists were clenched closed as he watched the movie. I turned back to the film, resting my hands in my lap.

I wonder what he's thinking about. Is he as scared as I am? Is he trying to be tough for me? Maybe I shou-

My thoughts stopped abruptly, as I felt Aaron tangle our finger together. His cool hand holding mine softly. I looked down at our hands, biting my lip to keep from squealing. I dared to look at his face, to see him trying to hide a smile.
