Aaron's POV:

"Y/n?" I whisper, tightening my arms around her waist. She mumbled something into the pillow and I smiled against her ear. "Wake up babygirl."

"N-No." She yawned. I kissed her cheek, as I rubbed my thumbs over the skin of her hips. She giggled as the soft touch tickled her. Making me smile against her cheek. I loved waking up like this. She was wearing my shirt, which made my smile even wider.

"Come on love. We're going to get a Christmas tree today." I whisper in her ear, feeling excitement shiver through her body.

"I totally forgot about that!" She squeals, sitting up and leaving my grasp. I folded my arms behind my head, stretching my arms. Yawning as Y/n ran her fingers through her hair, as she sat cross legged on the sheets.

She smiled down at me, and came to me again. Trailing kisses down then back up my bare chest, making my heart rate speed up. I tangled my fingers in her hair, and brought her lips to mine. Tenderly pecking them, before she pressed them firmly on mine. Making me laugh in between the sloppy kisses. Groaning as she licked my bottom lip, and took it in between hers.

I pulled away out of breath, my head falling back onto the pillow. Hers leaned on my collarbone, her breath as fast as mine.

"I'm never going to get used to that." I mumbled. She nodded against my skin, before sitting up.

"Come on." She smiled. "Let's get ready."

"I have to shower first." I say, sliding off the bed, and leaning over to press a kiss on her forehead.

"I know, so do I." She smiled, grabbing my hand and pulling me towards the little bathroom we shared. I chuckled, closing the door behind us.

"I love you." I whisper into her shoulder, as I hold her to my chest. The hot water sliding off our skin smoothly, as the steam covered the tiles.

"I love you." She replied, rubbing her hands up and down my back.

I loved showers like these. They weren't physical, but intimate all the same. Just her, me, and the warm water. These showers made me so grateful for her, and often made my heart full with the simple activity. Her skin on mine, and mine on hers. Brought me back to the important things in life. Like love, and beauty.

Her beauty. My love.

"I mean it." I whisper. "I love you." I finish, pressing my lips up her neck with each other word. She hummed happily, leaning into my touch.

"I love you too." She whispered. I pulled my head back enough to press my lips to hers. Sweetly kissing her, as my hands held her to me. The hot water hitting my back, and dropping down my chest onto hers.

"We should get going." She mumbled against my lips. Taking my affection while trying to get a point across.

"The tree can wait."
