"I guess I gotta move on" I said to my younger brother Brandon.

   He nodded,
"It isn't her fault Hunter, neither was it yours. She just forgot her memory that's all." Brandon said soothingly.

     "Yeah." I said glancing at the necklace I was going to give her as tears fell down my face.

    "You wanna be alone?" Brandon asked getting up.

   I nodded and Brandon left,

   I lost my princess... my everything.

   I was walking home and heard the sounds of banging on my door.

    I rang the doorbell and the door quickly opened revealing Joey.

   "Joey what's going o-" I asked before Joey hugged me.

     "Gia I have to leave now." He said whispering.

    Tears managed to work there way out of my eyes.

  "But you sai-" I said cutting my own sentence off with sobs.

   "I-I know but my dad and your mom.. are divorcing. I don't know why, I'm I'm confused myself. I don't know what to do." Joey said crying.

    "Is this the last time we see each other?" I asked gulping.

     "I- I hope not." Joey said.

   "You'll text me and FaceTime everyday. Got it!" I said trying to smile.

      He nodded,

  "Joey, I love you." I said smiling.

     "Me too." He said back pulling me back into a hug.

   And that was the last time I saw Joseph Birlem.
