Fawn's POV
"Hey, is it just me, or does something look like it's hurling itself at the portal?" David asked.
"Wait, no I see it too!" I shouted, running toward the portal.
"Fawn, stop, you don't know what that is!" Herobrine yelled, running toward me at a surprising rate.
The first person to come running through the portal was a face I knew very well. Cara fluttered her wings down lightly, and stood next to me, looking at the portal.
"You know, you're going to get a real helpful ally after this." she whispered in my ear.
"How come?" I asked, gesturing to the portal. "I'm pretty sure it was Angel, Sparrow, and you."
Cara laughed lightly. "You'll see."
"Hmm.." I say to myself. "We'll see about that."
Before I could say anything more, Angel leaped through through the portal, follow by two people. One of them, I could clearly tell was Sparrow, but the other, intrigued me. She was wearing a cloak, and was holding a staff that glowed. Was this the 'ally' that Cara was talking about?
"I believed we haven't met before?" the figure said. "My name is Cosmelia, and I believe you might be the person I've been looking for. I know things that'd you'd like to hear.....for the right price of course."
"We'll see about that." I mutter to myself, and then turn to everyone.
"Today, we are whole. Today, we have completed a quest showing how worthy we are. We will gather the armies, and stand together not as a divided land, but as a whole nation. " I proclaim. "We will not tolerate Notch's rules anymore. We break open our prison, once and for all."
"All hail Fawn!" everybody said in a mock tone.
"Well, she is the Creeper Queen, so to say." Cosmelia blurted out, and then as soon as she could, closed her mouth.
"What do you mean?" Sparrow asked cautiously. "I thought that was just a word of thought."
"Perhaps I should explain this." Herobrine said, gently pushing Cosmelia to the side. "I had a fling with the proclaimed wife of the Creeper King. Of course, he didn't like it, but when you were born Fawn, he handed you over to me. 'It's your fault, you have to take care of her.' the Creeper King said. Of course, you couldn't blame him, the second you were born, your mother died."
"Oh." I said, dumbstruck. "Does that explain why I have the Creeper Crown?"
"Wait, how is that even possible!" Herobrine exclaimed. "I met the Creeper Queen just a few days ago, and he was still wearing the crown. Unless..."
"What?" Angel asked, peering down at Herobrine. "What do you mean."
"Fawn has the true Creeper Crown, and all these years, the King has had a fake." Herobrine said.
"Why are we jumping to conclusions?" Cara said. "I mean, how do we know that Fawn doesn't have the fake crown?"
"Well, there's only one way to find out." Cosmelia said, walking toward me. I gripped the satchel close to me, but handed the crown over to Cosmelia.
"Through the power invested in thee, show thine power, and show me the true queen!" she said, urging the crown to do something. The crown did nothing.
"Well, there goes-"
The crown hovered in the air, and the crown was ablaze, neon green flames flicking in and about it. The emblem carved into the front of the crown was shining like molten gold, and the gems on the tips of the crown glistened different colors.
"The queen was chosen a long time ago. " the crown said. Note: generally crowns don't speak, but I had to make it like this. "Her name was Chloe, the original Queen. Over time, successors were chosen, but that didn't necessarily mean it was royal blood. As time went on, wars were raged, and up till now, the land is in an uneasy rest. You, Fawn, are the new Queen. The one that will bring union to all. The Queen----that will save us all."
The crown flickered in it's temporary form, and then collapsed on the ground. As far as it went, now it was a normalish crown for the moment.
"Yep, it's normal now." Sparrow said, prodding the crown with a stick.
"You're a special cookie." Herobrine said playfully, rubbing fiercely on the top of my head. "Why don't we get you home for now?"
"I could really do well with a shower now." Cara said, pulling her hand through her thick and tangled hair.
"Is there food......?" David asked, his mouth watering. "Do you have turkey, cheese, melons, carrots, steak, chicken nuggets, pizza, cucumbers, pie-"
"Relax kid, we have that all at my mansion." Herobrine chuckled, tousling David's hair. "Remind me again who you are?"
"I am Pafriskus, who do you think I am?" David said. "Nah, name's David, and I trust your some sorta god."
"Yes, in fact, I am a god." Herobrine said. "I'd prefer if you retained a form of respect for me."
"Well, I'd rather not, but honestly, don't you have better to do than argue with a person like me?" David asked, a sly grin forming on his face.
Herobrine gritted his teeth and forced himself away from David. "I'm heading back to the mansion." he muttered angrily and then disappeared in a poof of smoke.
"I'm sure he's feeling really, heated up right now!" I said, grinning at everyone. "Y'know, cause we're in the Nether, and it's hot here."
"Ha." Angel forced out, and then stopped. "I feel as though your puns are steaming up. Eh?"
"Guys, quit it with the bad puns." Vortex said. "We didn't give you your powers back to hear bad puns Fawn, and honestly Angel, you're going alongside this as well. I thought you knew better than that."
"Sorry, but's it's really fun to make up puns. 'Cause they've been boiling real high."
"I am officially dead now." Vortex said.
