"Ok" I say giving him an unsure look . The bell rings and Ethan slowly begins to pull his forehead away from mine ."Kayla" Ethan says "Yea"

"Will you go out with me tonight " Ethan say walking up to me ."Yes" I said ."ok hand me your phone " he said extending his to take my phone while handing me his . I put my number in his phone and hand it back to him .I go over to the bench to collect the rest of my stuff and walk back over to Ethan to get my phone.

Ethan walks up to me closing the gap between us and begins to cup my cheeks again and kisses me softly I immediately respond after awhile Ethan slowly starts to pull away .He grabs my hand locking it in his as we began to walk out of the garden."what's your next class"Ethan says leading me down the hallway

"Chorus"."Oh wow so you sing" Ethan say genuinely suprised ."Yea" I said staring at our interweved hands. "Well I look forward to hearing you sometimes he say looking at the chorus classroom and  removing his hands from mine and kissing me on the forehead .

The class period went by fast and before I knew it, it was lunch time . Derek and Kylie and I were sitting at a table talking about what had happened in the garden ."Kayla why didn't you say yes to him" Kylie says looking annoyed .Kylie I can't just date someone I don't know , I wanna get to know him first , get to know what kind of person he is .

"What else do you need to know Kayla he loves you" Kylie says ."WHAT" I say my eyes almost poping up out of my head "What gives you that impression" I say looking confused ."The fact that he left class to bring you pizza for lunch" Kylie says looking past me . I turn around to see Ethan walking toward our table with a box of pizza. " I told you Kayla this week I'm gonna make you fall for me the way I have fallen for you " Ethan says winking at me then turning around to leave. The rest of the day went by fast and before i knew it school was over.

I was walking out of the school building when I hear a familiar voice behind me say "why didn't you tell me about everything that was going on with your mom" I turn around stunned to see Ethan staring angrily at me ."What stuff is going on with my mom ?" I say getting angry "How she leaves you for weeks at a time to go out of the state " Ethan says shaking with anger

"How the hell would you know that " I said fighting back tears because I already knew the answer ."Kylie told me "as soon as Ethan says that I storm out the school building to go find Kylie

why would she do that to me .I only told her because I got tired of lying to her ,I wanted to be honest with her because I thought she was my bestfriend

I see Kylie and begin to walk up to her "What the hell is your problem , Why the hell are you going around blabbing my business I say shaking with anger .Kayla calm down its not such a big deal you guys are practically together . I look at Kylie stunned  then i say "Ever calling you my bestfriend was the biggest mistake I've ever made " I say with tears running down my face .I turn around and speed walk past Ethan, to my car and and hurry up and get it .

"Kayla sweetie are you ok " ."Yes Mr.Nathan"

" Kayla I told you to call me Nathan not Mr.Nathan and where's Kylie" Nathan said looking qurious ."Kylie and I arn't bestfriends anymore "I say completely breaking down putting my head in my lap .When I look up we were at a menchies ."Come on and tell me what's wrong" I get out the car and walk into menchies .We get our ice cream and sit down .

"So what happened" Nathan asked ."She told Ethan everything about mom , how she leaves me almost every week " I say crying again "Nathan why dosent mom love me " "Your mother does love you" Nathan say grabbing me into a hug ."No she dosent I can tell by the way she looks at me she only kept me because she thought it would make him stay she never wanted me " I say pushing him away and running out of the ice cream shop .

I didn't get far before I felt someone grabbing me to the floor .I immediately stopped stuggling and layed on the ground crying with Nathan's arms around me .I finally stopped crying enough to get into the car and go home

When we pulled up to my house tears were still flowing down my face when I walked to the door and unlocked it  and went straight to my room going into my bathroom to take a shower .I get out the shower and put on some pajama bottoms and a matching tank top and some house boots .I walk to my bed and see a picture of me and kylie from the first day of school last year. I instantly start crying as I sat on the floor holding the picture.

I hear the doorbell ring and walk downstairs I walk to the door and unlock it and see Ethan looking angry .His face immediately soften when he sees my face
"Can I come in "Ethan asks looking sorry "Yea" I say moving aside but Ethan dosent walk past me he walk into me wrapping his arms around me and kissing my forehead "Kayla I'm so sorry I had no right to get mad at you " he says laying his head on top of mine .

I push him away walking up the stairs to my room "Your damn right you shouldnt have gotten mad at me " "Kayla I'm sorry"Ethan says following me up the stairs .I open my bedroom door and climb into my bed and get under the covers .A few seconds later the door open again and Ethan takes his shoes off and climbs in behind me

Ethan turns me around so im was facing him he wips the tears from my cheeks and pulls me closer to him "hey , hey Kayla look at me " Ethan says "No your a liar , I told you this would happen I told you , you would hurt me "I say crying all over again .I look up to see a tears fall from Ethans eyes "I am so sorry , "look at me" Ethan say pushing my chin up so I was looking at him "I will never hurt you again Kayla "he said pulling my face to his and kissing me he pulls away and says "do you forgive me " he said while I wipe his tears away.

"Yes I forgive you " I say laying my head on his chest and falling asleep not before I hear "Kayla I love you".
