I had never opened up to anyone the way I had just opened up to Jake. I could tell he and I would be really good friends. The type of friends who could sit down and have a real converstation and I looked forward to that.

I sat under the oak tree thinking about everything that has happened since ive started Highschool

"ive lost a bestfriend but ive also gaind Claire. I can possibly see me and Claire becoming friends. Ive fallen in love with Ethan and have become really good friends with jake. Ive finnaly found the courage to leave home and be on my own."

i was pulled out of my thought by Ethan calling me.

"Kayla are you ok" Ethan said. "Yea im fine how are you and Jake" i asked. "Were great thank you so much Kayla i dont know what i would do without you or Jake" Ethan said."I love you more than words can describe Kayla" Ethan said kissing my forehead. "I love you too" i said pulling Ethans lips to mine.

Ethan and i walked back into the house and everyone was sitting in the living room area." ok what are we doing today" Ethan said sitting on the couch and pulling me into his lap. Jacob was about to start talking when he looked over to something on the floor next to me. " Damn Kayla" Jacob said.

"What" i said follwing Jacobs "How the hell did you get the fire red toro 4s i stayed up all night trying to get them but fell asleep i was pissed when i woke up and they were sold out"Jacob said

"Yea i remember you didnt talk to me for a week you said it was my fault that i made you fall asleep"Jake said

"So Kayla you wanna tell me where you got them"Jacob said giving my puppy dog eyes." A friend gave them to me" I said looking away. "A friend Kayla you expect me to believe that" Jacob said "im telling you the truth i promise" i said . "ok whats this friends name" Jacob

i was hoping Jacob wouldnt ask this question. They were my friends and i didnt want to hide anything from them but i also didnt want themto look at me differently

"i got them from my modeling agent someone sent them to her to give to me" i said. "So you have a modeling agent" Jacob said "yea so i dont know about the shoes but is there anything that coming out that you want i could get those for you"i said " Wait Kayla go back you have and modeling agent hell your a model who are your parents" Jacob said

"Well i dont know who my dad is and my mom is Jessica Lewis"I said. "OMG your mom is the Jessica Lewis" Claire yelled. "you know who my mother is" I said

"Are you fucking kidding me your mom is the greatest fashion designers she was in rolling stone for godes sakes."Claire said

"Oh wow you know more about her than me but what are we doing tonight" I said.

I could feel Ethans body shifting under me. I grabbed his hand but he pulled iy away.

"well I was thinking a move now beach this afternoon and a party tonight" Jacob said. After we finished talking everyone went back to there rooms to to get changed to go get snacks for the movie.

I walked into the room and as soon as I walked on Ethan started to walk out. "babe is everything ok are you mad at me" I said moving closer to Ethan but he backed away.

"I can't fix it if I dont know what I did wrong" I said. "were suppose to be together right" Ethan said. "Yes" I said taking a step towards him again but he moved back. I sighed in fustration and began to walk out the room but Ethan grabbed my wrist and turned me towards him.

"wait I'm sorry" Ethan said pulling me into his arms. " Why are you pushing me away of a sudden" I said. Ethan guided me to the bed and put me on his lap and I instantly wrapped my legs around his waist.

"babe whats going on" I said bringing my forehead to his. "Do you trust me" Ethan said. I instantly pulled my forehead away from Ethans " how could you ask me that" I said. " How could I not Kayla it seems like you trust everyone more than me expessially Jake" Ethan said

"That isn't fair" I said. "No what isn't fair is how you told Jake your life story and everyone who your mom is. I didnt know she was a fashion designer" Ethan said

"Your blowing this way out of propotion" I said trying to get off of Ethans lap but he was holding me down. "Were suppose to be together but I feel like I know nothing about you" Ethans said

"Is this the pot calling the kettle black. Didnt I say the same thing a few weeks ago but what did you say oh yea you said you didnt want to talk about it well now neither do I" I said getting off of Ethan and grabbing my purse and walking to the lining room.

"Trouble in paradise" Jake said leaning against the sliding door. "bite me" I said smiling. "what happened" Jake said moving to the couch. "Your bestfriend is being a jealous asshole he's mad that I told you the WHOLE story about my mom and who my mom was and what she does for a living" I said.

Jake was about to say something when Ethan came downstairs. Soon after everypne started to come into the living room. "Were going to drive with the same people all weekend"Jacob said walking out the door. We all began to walk out of house and me and into the drive way.

I got in the front and me and Claire got in the back while Ethan started the car.We drove in silence it was a very uncomfortable silence. We got to the CVS in ten minutes and we all went in and grabbed our own basket. I was walking when I tripped and a pair of hands wrapped around my waist. I turned around expecting it to be someone from the group but it was a boy around my age with blonde hair and blue eyes.

"Are you ok" the boy said. "Yea thanks im Kayla" i said. "Cole" the boy said. I was about to say thank you again when i heard someone clear there throat. i turned around to see a red faced Ethan then i realised Cole's hands were still around me. I said another thank you anf walked toward Ethan but he walked away.

If this was the way Ethan was gonna act then i was gonna let him.

Everyone piled there stuff on the counter and the cash register and began to talk about the movie we were gonna watch. We were inturpted with the speaking of the cashier " that will be fifty nine fifty the cashier" said

I went into my purse to pull out a hundred dollar bill but Ethan was already handing the guy a fifty and a ten. "Keep the change" Ethan said while grabbing some of the bags. I grabbed some and began to walk back to the car. Once again we drive in silence the only time it was broken was when Claire said thank you to Ethan for paying.

We got back to the beach house abd everyone went to go change into the swim suits so after the movie we could go straight to the beach. I grabbed my bag and put on my light green bikini and some light denim short and an over sized white tee and left the bathroom. As soon as i walked out i saw Ethan in light green swin shorts and a white beater.

"Are you gonna explain what i saw in the store" Ethan said. "I dont have to explain myself to you" I said walking into the bathroom to do my hair. "im your boyfriend and another boy having his hand around you hell yea Kayla you do need to explain yourself" Ethan said walking into the bathroom.

I didnt say anything i just continued to brush through my hair. I did a side part and brushed my hair one last time and walked out the bathroom. I was about to walk out the room when Ethan grabbled my hand. "Please Kayla" Eyhan said. I immediatly softened and grabbed his hand and led him to the bed. "I was walking through the asile and I tripped and Cole caught me" I said.

"Ethan I dont know what I did to make you not trust me but im so sorry and to answer your earlier question I do trust you Ethan I trust you more than ive trusted anyone in a long time i trust you so much it scares the hell out of me" I said getting off the bed "And im sorry you cant see that" I said and with that I walked out the bedroom.
