Chapter 3

Aria's POV

It's Friday. As rumours say today Daniel will ask the new girl out. If he asks me I don't know what will I say. I mean I still think about that unknown boy. School was over. I went outside with Kate and Katy by my side. We saw Daniel standing on the table. He saw is walking out of school

"Aria Montgomery why don't you come here so everyone can see you." Daniel said on English what was impressed. Everyone was waiting for Aria to come on the table and I played dumb

"Aria don't be shy. Come here." Daniel said and I just stayed in place

"Okay then I'll come there." he said and started to walk towards me. He used my hands in his and I pulled them back and made a step back

"Aria I want to ask you something." he said. Still talking on English

"Shoot." I replied

"Will you go out with me?" he asked. Every girl had the same thought. 'I wish he asked me'

"Sorry but no." I said and everyone was shocked

"What?!?" he yelled

"Sorry but I don't like you. I like someone else." I said and everyone was whispering

"Will you at least give me a chance to make you like me?" he asked not giving up

"I'm sorry but I don't think that my boyfriend would love that." I lied

"What? You don't have a boyfriend." He said and he was now really irritating me

"I don't know who told you that but I do have a boyfriend. And he's much cutter than you are. So I'll go now if you don't mind." I said trying to walk past him but he grabbed my wrist

"Who's your boyfriend?" he asked

"It's none of your business. Now let go of my hand. You don't wanna mess with me." I warned him

"Maybe I do wanna mess with you." he said squeezing my wrist harder

"This is your last chance." I said. He squeezed it even harder. It hurt like hell. I just moved a step back and punched him on the face. He fell on the ground and his lip started to bleed. Everyone was shocked and so did I. I didn't mean to punch him this hard

"I warned you." I said walking away

"Why did you hit Daniel?" Kate asked when we were far away from school

"He irritated me." I replied

"Well I guess you know that principal is going to call your mom because it was in front of school." Kate said

"I don't care. He got what he deserved." I said

"Why did you told him that you have a boyfriend?" Katy asked

"So he can leave me alone." I said and my phone started to ring

"Great." I said "It's my mom." I added and picked up

(A-Aria, E-Ela-her mom)

A; Hey mom.
E; Aria what did you do in school?
A; Nothing. Why?
E; Principal called. Why did you hit that boy?"
A; I'll explain when I got home. I'm on my way. Love you.
E; Okay. Love you too.

"I have to go home. I'll see you on Monday." I said and we hugged goodbye

I got home and saw my parents sitting on the couch. My dad looked angry. I sat on the other couch so I was facing them. I explained everything to them. My mom understood but my dad didn't

"Maybe this is just the way she's trying to express her feelings about Alison." I heard my mom said before I walked in my room. I used my Pookie and told him everything about Daniel. I know he was in my backpack but still. I looked in Pookie's eyes and immediately remembered the guy from the café. I'm still waiting for that coffee

Weekend went fast. My dad is still mad but I don't care about him. I saw Daniel in school. His lip had bruise

"You will pay for what you did." he said trying to scare me but I just smiled

"I can't wait." I said as I went on my class

"So did you got grounded?" Kate asked after school

"No. My dad is still mad but my mom understands." I said and she smiled

"I'm glad to hear that." Kate said and we continued talking about some stupid girl stuff

Day ended well. Alison is not on my mind 24/7 but I still think about here every day. So I'm in my bed with my Pookie. It was 11pm so I decided to just close my eyes and dream about blue eyes. I woke up really happy. I don't know why. I'm not a morning person. It's weird. It was Tuesday what meant a long walk with Mike. I like when we spend our time together. Time for walk came fast. We were walking and my arm was around his. Like usually. We talked about everything. Even Daniel. When I told him that he still have the bruise he smiled and said 'I'm proud of you sis.' He's a funny guy

"You want to grab the coffee?" I asked and he nod. We drunk our coffee and continued walking when someone bumped into me

"Sorry." A familiar voice said

"It's okay." I smiled to a men when I saw his eyes. The eyes I would recognised everywhere

"Hey." He said with his boyish smile

"Hi. It's you. Again. You need to be more careful." I said and he smiled even more. Oh God. That smile

"Yeah I know. Sorry." He said braking eye contact

"You still own me that coffee." I said and our eyes met again

"I know. I wanted to call you but I didn't have your number." he said feeling guilty. I used a pen from my purse

"Give me your hand." I said and he gave me his hand. Our hands touched and it felt amazing. I wrote my number and 'Aria' under it

"Aria?" he half questioned and I nod. It felt really great to hear him say my name " What a beautiful name." he added and I blushed

"Aria, we have to go." Mike said. He needs to ruin everything. I took one last look to his beautiful face

"Call me." I said winking

"Bye." He said and me and Mike left. Is this real? Did this really happened? Am I dreaming? I can't believe this really happened. Mike didn't ask any questions. Or he did. I don't know. I was in my own world
