Chapter 7

Jane was unable to sleep so she decided to stand up from the bed it was already late so she went outside and sat on the porch looking at the sky looking at the stars before she felt movement at her front, she looked down and saw Daniel standing at the front of her with a confused expression "Jane?" he called Jane quickly hid her face 

"sorry do i know u? i don't to strangers" Jane said quickly running inside to her room and jumped on her bed breathing deeply "is he stalking me" Jane said questioning herself "and now i'm talking to myself, great" she said feeling stupid grabbing her earphones and iPod and listening to music.

Jane got out the  airport, saw the chauffeur holding her name and walked up to him with her luggage's behind her she wore a sweatshirt, black jeans and combat boots with her long black hair having a side braid at the right side. he greeted her taking luggage's from her and entered the car Jane put on her headphones listening to 5 SOS.

Walking towards the door Jane felt a cold breeze hit she took in a deep breath and opened the door her mum ran the stairs and engulfed Jane in a huge hug she laughed and hugged her mum back and her dad too, Jake stood at the edge of the stairs unsure Jane smiled 

"won't you hug your big sister?" Jane said pouted with her arms outstretched Jake hugged 

"you mean little sister right" Jake laughed then said sorry Jane released Jake and looked at him

"no.... thank you" Jane smiled wider

"come on you must be hungry" her mum said grabbing Jane's hand to the dinning.

They all sat on the able eating, Jane missed home food

"Jane stop eating like a thug your making me lose my appetite" Jake groaned

"your still dramatic, i want to go school the day after tomorrow" Jane randomly stated and they stared at her "what is that a bad idea?" Jane said trying to find reason for their reactions

"no honey its okay, we just thought you know after everything, you'll...." her mum trailed off

"i don't want to destroy my future because of the past" Jane said smiling

"okay" her dad said

"so when did you get a new house and chauffeur" Jane asked "ooo what of my room is it awesome?"

"business became more successful and you don't have a room yet because i thought you would like i to design it yourself so here is your credit card in case you need anything and you have a present too the chauffeur will take you tomorrow so you'll sleep in the guest room" her dad said giving her a credit card

"thanks dad" Jane said smiling brightly

"so mum how are you?" Jane asked and everywhere was silent Jane looked at her mum who had sad eyes

"i'm fine Jane and i have a lovely flower shop down the street your dad got it for me as a present-"she said before Jake cut in "mum can i talk to you for a sec" her mum nodded and stood up and they walked to the living room. after a minute Jane started hearing shouting then she heard a door slamming and her mum crying, her dad stood up going to the living room Jane sat confused she slowly walked to the living room too seeing her mum crying and her dad comforting her.

"mum what is going on" Jane asked

"may i think we should tell her now" her dad said 

"i can't she just came home this is meant to be a happy moment" her mum said cleaning her eyes and forced a smile she stood up and walked to Jane with a smile she touched Jane's cheek and smiled wider "come on honey lets go to bed you must be tired " she said Jane started getting angry they where hiding something from her she pushed her mums hand away from her cheek " tell me what?" Jane said trying to speak calmly

"but-" her mum tried again but Jane interrupted "now" she yelled her mums smiled dropped

"i have breast cancer" her mum said Jane froze

" when did you know about this" Jane asked with emotions building up

"the day after you where found" her mum said already crying "you were unstable Jane i couldn't contribute to that i'm sorry" Jane gave an humorless laugh "i'm really sure you where probably thinking i commit suicide again right...i feel so useless" Jane muttered more to herself she walked out the room really angry walking up the stairs looking for Jake's room when she found it he sat on his bed with his head in his hands.

"and you knew too" Jane yelled angry she pushed all the things on his desk on the floor he kept calling her name but she didn't hear a thing and continued destroying things Jake grabbed he hand but she pushed him away but his grip was strong she started hitting him Jake didn't even fight back she stopped and started crying and sat on the floor crying Jake sat beside her and hugged her comforting her and she cried harder resting her head on his chest.
