"What are you thinking about?", his low, soft voice made me feel that I am in good hands.
"I don't know. About the future?", I whispered.
"And what do you see?"
"That's a secret", I said smiling up at him.
"A mysterious boy", he laughed quietly and I blushed, "I have a small present for you", he then said and lifted my head up.
Scott grabbed something in his pocket and digged a small bag up.
Then he pulled out two bracelets.
"I got us these as a, a ... friendship bracelet" He took my small hand and put the golden band around my wrist.
It looked beautiful and I loved the sight until Scott cupped my hand into his two drawing small circles onto the back of my hand. It sent shivers through my whole body.
"Do you like it?", he whispered.
"Yes, I love it!", I answered in the same quiet voice, "You should put yours on too", I said happy and pointed at the second bracelet.
He nodded and I helped him put it on.
Before I removed my whole hand I trailed my finger over his hand bones and vains.
"You mean a lot to me", he said wrapping an arm around my shoulders and pulling me closer to his chest.
"You too", I hope he couldn't hear the nervousness and excitement in my voice.
"You sound cute when you're nervous", he chuckled.
Shit.
"I'm not!", I looked at him indignant.
"I hope it's a good nervousness?", now he sounded worried.
There was no other way than answer with the truth.
"Yes, it is", I became red again.
He squeezed my arm and laid his head on mine.
We stayed there until he asked: "Do you want to eat some ice cream?"
"Ice cream? Where?"
"Over there there's a small ice shop! A friend of mine owns it!"
"Uhm, okay, why not?" I actually was still full because lunch wasn't long ago but if he wanted to.
We stood up and took my hand again and we walked over to the cute looking ice cream stall.
A man stood behind the counter.
He looked good. Were all of Scott's friends that good looking?
"Hey, Alex!", Scott greeted the man and let go of my hand. Unfortunately.
"Hey, Scotty, how are you? I see you brought your friend?"
Friend? Pfff, future boyfriend! From the very beginning I didn't like him.
He seemed... I don't know.
"Yes, this is Mitch!", Scott pointed at me and I forced a smile.
"So, Mitch, what do you want?"
"Strawberry, please", I whispered. I bet I sounded super unfriendly but I didn't care.
"What about you, Scott? Chocolate as always?", they laughed and I was definiteley third wheeling.
We got our ice cream and after they talked about random things we walked back and sat down on the bench again.
I was uncomfortable, felt sent to Coventry.
It was quiet while we were eating our ice creams.
"Do you want to try?", he held his waffle out to me when i finished mine.
"No, thanks, I don't like chocolate ice cream", my voice was gloomy.
"Are you okay? You sound sad?"
"No, it's nothing", I looked at him trying to look normal.
"Are you... kind of jelous?"
Jelous. Ok. Yes, I probably was but that he noticed it.
"Of what?", I sassed.
"I was just thinking. But if you are jelous... you don't have to be, you really don't! Why would you actually? Of what?"
It's like he could read my mind.
I looked up at him looking directly into his eyes.
He was rueful.
And I was emberrassed. What should I answer?
He mustn't know that I love him.
"I am, a little bit", I couldn't help but smile seeing his beautiful face, "because... Alex knows you way longer than I do and you were so familiar"
That kind of was the truth.
"Come here!", he diffused his arms and I immediately jumped onto him hugging his torso while he was rubbing my back with one hand.
He was so perfect to cuddle with.
So comfy, nice and warm.
"Look at you!", he began laughing.
"What?", what was wrong with me?
"You got some ice cream in your mouth corner!"
"Oh god no! How embarrassing!", I got red and wanted to wish it away but he stopped me.
"Wait, it's alright!", he stopped my hand and began wiping the small rest off my lip slowly.
Before he could degrease it I caught his thumb to take it in my mouth and suck the strawberry ice off of it while looking at him.
He gulped and blushed.
Was that bad? Too much? Too sensual?
But he looked satisfied.
Maybe he liked it?
Yet I apologized with "I'm sorry"
"Don't apologize, please!", he pulled me in for another hug.
He was so touchy and clingy and I loved it.
I mean of course I couldn't get enough of him.
Feeling his body against mine was more than I've ever wanted.

We spend the rest of the day together until it was almost dark and we were staring at the sun going down.
"This is so beautiful!", I said amazed by the beauty in front of me.
"Just like you", he whispered into my ear.
"Stop it!", I playfully slapped his chest and he suddenly began tickeling my sides.
"No! Omg! Stop it! Pleeease!", I screamed desperate laughing hysterically and flailing around me. Trying to hit him.
"Why should I stop?"
"Because I hate this! Pleeease!", I pleaded.
"Ok, because it's you!", he stopped but grabbed my waist and pulled me closer to him. I almost sat on his lap.
Then he continued whispering into my eyes: "Two things I learned today: you hate chocolate ice cream and are the most ticklish person in the world!"
He laughed quietly.
"Look, the sun is gone! I think we should go home! It's going to be too late!"
"I agree, let's go!"

He accompanied me until we were standing in my doorframe.
"Today was really...", he started but I stopped him.
"Today was absolutely one of the best days. I really enjoyed spending time with you, Scott, again!", I said making him smile widely.
"I'm happy that you are happy! I hope we can repeat that?"
"Sure! Anytime and I hope it's very soon!"
We hugged and he left looking at me.
