My Sad Endings

~Goodbye My Friend~

Alice looked at her friend Jasmine. She looked pale and thin. Her eyes held no emotion and no life. She looked horrible.

"Jasmine?" Alice asked. Jasmine looked at Alice.

"Yeah?"

"Are you okay?" Jasmine looked into her best friends eye's. They were filled with concern, worry, and life, something she wanted to feel again.

"Yeah I'm fine. Why?" She asked. Alice got up and took hold of Jasmine's hands and led her to the bathroom so they could talk in private.

"Jasmine you look terrible," Alice blurted out. Tears filled her eyes and ran down her cheek.

"I'm fine Alice. Nothings wrong," she lied. She didn't want to lie to her best friend, but she couldn't tell her the reason.

"I tell you everything. You're pale and thin. You don't look like the Jasmine I use to know. You look like a different person," Alice snapped.

"People change all the time. Just stop asking what's wrong it's annoying."

"I ask because I'm worried."

"Then stop worrying about me. I'm gonna be gone anyway," Jasmine told her. Alice's eye's widened. She knew what Jasmine meant.

"No." Jasmine took off her backpack and pulled out a gun. Alice backed up and watched as Jasmine pointed it to her head.

"Jasmine please. You're my best friend. I can't lose you," Alice begged. She started crying.

"I just want this to end Alice. My parents hate me and no one cares about me. Not even you," Jasmine said, tears trailing down her cheek.

"I do! I was always there for you. I never left your side. I love you Jasmine please stop this," she begged again.

"It's to late Alice." She heard a gunshot and watched as her friends body went limp and dropped to the floor. She fell onto her knees and screamed. She didn't care how much blood there was, and cradle her best friends head into her lap, whispering words to her.

"Sleep now my dear Jasmine. Let your soul adventure far into the star's. Goodbye my friend."
