"You have a private jet?" I gape upon arriving at the airport. Eric smiles and nods. We board the expensive looking plane, and the inside is no exception to the exterior. "How is there a chandelier in a jet?!" I gape looking at the crystal light fixture hanging above a small cluster of leather chairs that look like they belong in a night club. I take a seat in the soft tan chair and relax into the soft material. I'm sure if I was still human, and required sleep, I'd want to curl up in a ball and sleep in this chair.
Alex sits beside me and spends the whole flight explaining what will happen with the counsel. Almost all too soon a short announcement comes on, telling us to prepare for landing. I glance out my window and see a small tropical island. it has a large runway. The rest looks like dense forest, except for one large building, protruding from the forest. It has the appearance of a large cathedral, but the exterior is a gleaming jet black. Before I can fully take in the beautiful building we start descending.
The landing is smooth, and once the plane has stopped my father stands. "Our meeting with counsel was set to start as soon as we got here. There should be a car on the runway" Eric say's. I nod and stand up and walk between Alex and my father. We slowly make our way to the car. I can see a tall dark haired man waiting by the car. He has broad shoulders and thick hair. He pulls the door open for us and my father get's in, followed by me, and then Alex.
The car stop's infront of the large, jet black, cathedral like building. Once we get out of the car I can see that it's made of black marble. Before I can stop myself I'm walking towards the wall. Upon placing my hand on the surface I find that despite the humid air, the building is cool to the touch. "Kate we have to go, the meeting will be starting" Alex says. Him and my father are standing by the large black doors.
"Coming" I say, jogging over to them quickly. Eric pulls the door open and Alex and I step in. The door opens into a large hallway, with high ceilings. Halfway down the hallway, the walls on either side split into two separate corridors, with many doorways. At the end of the corridor we currently stand in, there are two doors with large, what I'm assuming to be, guards. Eric leads us to the end in silence.
"You two must wait. She must go alone" one of the guards say's. I look over at Alex quickly.
"You'll be fine kitten" he smiles. The guards pull the doors open, opening into a large room. Against the far wall are three very high podiums. The middle one is raised above the rest. Behind them stands a woman with white hair, a man with jet black hair, similar to the outside of the building, and in the middle is another man, with long shiney brown hair.He speaks before the rest.
"Hello Aducător de moarte"
Death bringer rings in my mind.
