Well, after Patrick and I surprised Emily and everyone else with that statement, we all sat around again and talked, snacked, and sang. I had to admit that it was a really fun night and I definitely have a feeling that Patrick and well, all of us will sleep good tonight!

It looks like Emily had fun as well. I know she liked seeing everyone again and even though Tyler and Josh couldn't make it, they told Em that they'd have her present with them on tour and they'd give it to Patrick and I to bring back to her, but they don't know that he's coming yet, so when they can actually give her her present, they'll probably freak out a little, but I know they won't mind.

"Well, mission accomplished," I said as I closed the door behind everyone and then plopped on the couch.

"You guys are the best dads ever," Emily said as she say down next to Patrick and I and hugged us.

"You know we'd do anything for you and Jaim," Patrick said.

"I know, but still. This is more than I could have asked for," she said.

"We just love you," I said as I hugged her.

"I love you too," she said as she smiled and hugged me back again.

"Well, it looks like we wore Jaimee out today," Patrick said as he pointed to Jaimee who was curled up on a chair sleeping.

"Aww," I said. "That's kind of adorable."

I grabbed my phone from my pocket and quickly took a picture of Jaimee sleeping. It seriously was adorable. I posted it to twitter and said, "The little one looking adorable while she passed out after the sister's big bday party!" After that, I put my phone back in my pocket and started to get up.

"Where are you going?" Emily asked.

"To being Jaim upstairs," I said.

"I got it," she said as she pushed me back down and then got up and walked over to Jaimee.

She gently lifted Jaimee in her arms and slowly walked up the stairs. I smiled at her as she walked passed and she smiled back.

"Patrick, baby," I said as I grabbed his hand. "How did we ever get so lucky as to have two amazing daughters?"

"I ask myself that question everyday," he said as he laid his head on my shoulder. "They're literally perfect."

"Told you they take after you," I said.

"Pete," Patrick said as he smiled and rolled his eyes.

"It's true!" I said as I smiled and kissed him.

"Guys! Come on!" Emily said as she appeared in front of us.

"What! You don't want another brother or sister?" I asked.

"Peter!" Patrick said.

"What?! I'm just asking!" I said.

"For the record, it'd be pretty cool, but geez, Jaim and I are a handful!" Emily said.

"Emily Mae!" Patrick said.

"What?!" she asked. "I'm just saying!"

"She is so your daughter, Pete," Patrick said.

"Indeed she is," I said as I pulled her onto my lap and hugged her.

We all relaxed in the living room after we cleaned the house up a little bit. I didn't like to admit it, but when it comes to the house, I'm very OCD. It's got to be clean! Patrick and I have that in common too, so we rarely have a messy house, which is quite nice actually.

"You getting tired?" I asked Emily, noticing her yawn.

"Hell yeah," she said. "I'm going to head up."

"Night sweetheart," Patrick said as he got up and hugged her.

"Night," I said as I did the same.

"Night guys," she said as she headed up the stairs.

After Emily closed her door, I turned to Patrick and kissed him, then got curled up on his lap.

"It was a good day," Patrick said.

"I agree," I said as I yawned.

"You tired?" he asked as he chuckled.

"More than ever," I said.

"I am too," Patrick said as he pulled me closer.

Patrick and I both wound up falling asleep within minutes, curled up in each others arms.
