Chapter 26
POV: Felix
This is stupid. I'm stupid. What am I doing? I'm gonna get killed...But its for Emma and the group.
"Go back to the last grocery store we saw. Don't wait for me long." I said before jumping up from the snow filled ditch.
"Hey!"
The officers eyes darted to me. "State your name and rank." The older man ordered me as I walked closer to them.
I gulped and glanced down at me tag. "Major Zeus Sven Alsvik." I stated, saluting them as I stood a few feet away.
"What are you doing out here?" the younger man asked.
"Ummhu...I got separated. Yeah. I was separated from my group."
They both looked at me curiously, which scared me half to death. "Well, you look like shit." We all laughed a bit.
"Come on, we're heading back to camp anyways." The older officer patted my back as we walked to the truck.
I glanced back to see everyone's heads peaking over the snow as I was guided into the truck.
After an hour we were finally at the base. I tried to linger in the heated truck for as long as possible but I soon hopped out and followed the soldiers to a large tent where many men stood around a large table.
"Go get yourself cleaned up and met us back here." The older soldier told me. I nodded and walked off, wondering around the large camp.
Finally I found an empty tent and walked up to the mirror.
"I do look like shit." I mumbled as I examined the wound on my foreheads, the bruises on my arms and cheekbones. My beard was going a bit crazy and my hair was completely a mess. So, I shaved, washed up, took care of the cut still visible on my head, and combed my hair out.
Now I need a game plan. Well, let's think about that one. Which video game did this successfully...?
