"I had a great time tonight." Alison said whilst stepping into Emily's car.
"Me too." Emily agreed. She started up the engine and drove to a place she found when she was out on a run.
"Where are we going?" Alison asked.
"Somewhere special." Emily replied.
"Your bed I hope." Alison mumbled.
"We have to go on a couple more dates for that to happen." Emily smirked.
"I-"Alison was cut off by Emily saying they've arrived at their destination.
"You've taken me to a rock?" Alison questioned. "A rock."
"Don't worry there's more." Emily teased. Emily flicked a switch and light surrounded the two. Small bright lights hung from the branches as Alison stood there shocked.
"So what do you think?" Emily motioned around the area that was lit up, also pointing at a picnic basket that sat on top of a blanket. There was food, wine, pillows and Alison was speechless.
"Y-You did this?" Alison asked.
"Before I picked you up I wanted to surprise you after we left the girls. But them not showing up made my plan even better." Emily explained.
"Wait, so this whole picnic thing was going to be our date?" Alison sat down next to Emily.
"Yes, I hope you like it." Emily wanted this to be perfect.
"I love it. I can't believe you would do this for me." Emily opened the basket and took the wine glasses out and the chardonnay.
"Every girl should be treated like a princess." Emily poured the wine into a glass and gave it to Alison.
"Wow, who knew that Emily Fields would be a romantic." Alison blushed.
"This is so perfect, thank you, Em." Alison kissed Emily's cheek and sipped her wine.
Emily tried her best to contain a scream. She had butterflies flying around in her stomach and her cheeks grew a shade of pink.
Emily cleared her throat and grabbed the food from the basket. "Turkey sandwiches or Chicken bites?"
