J-
Sunday.
Life seemed to have only gotten better since Simon and I returned home together.
After a month of Simon living in my house with my parents, we decided we ought to get our own place.
We appealed for a loan for a small apartment nearby of the college we managed to get into.
The apartment isn't big, but it's big enough for Simon and I.
Now, you're probably wanting to know what happened to the rest of us.
Vik and Harry also moved up here, after getting into the college. They are sharing a house with five complete strangers which they pay a very low rent for. Although they're official as a couple, the two still hadn't told anyone besides their families and our friendship group.
Tobi managed to snag a part-time job, he's in the apartment across the hall from us; which meant that he visited us, a lot.
Jide only just managed to get into the college, though he had the worst grades out of us all. Turns out the bastard has a channel on YouTube, he was earning quite the profit too. He used his money to buy the penthouse of our apartment block.. What a guy.
And, Ethan.. Well.. No one has seen him since the day we left. By 'no one' I mean, none of us. We all tried to contact him, but he never answered any of us. We assume he's moved on, but I still refused to believe that he'd abandon us..
Anyway, the day was Sunday. And tomorrow was going to be our first day at college.
I was beyond excited to see the lads again, and see them more often; despite the fact that they're annoying bastards.. Kidding.
Kinda.
Luckily, college meant that we only spent four days there throughout the week. We had Fridays off, which sounded like an excuse to party to the rest of them.
I woke up beside Simon, the way I had been for a few months now. The way it ought to be.
Simon was currently reading a book. We discovered that reading influenced him to write more, improving on his skills. He was currently obsessed with To Kill A Mockingbird; a very aged but famous novel.
He turned to me, a smile forming on mouth. He placed his bookmark on the page he'd just read, and placed it on the end table.
"Morning, handsome," he greeted with a light laugh escaping his mouth.
I rolled over to my front, throwing an arm around his front; pulling him towards me.
I rolled back so that he was right beside me, my arm still around his waist.
"Morning," I finally responded groggily before pressing my lips to his harshly.
He hummed against my lips before we both pulled apart from one another. He laid against the pillow and looked somewhat angelic.
My hand moved from around him to cup his cheek, I stroked over his jaw with my fingertips lightly.
"Fucking hell, you're gorgeous," I blurted out; not entirely meaning to. "Even on a morning.." I smirked.
Simon's face turned a pale pink and I grinned in awe, he was so sweet.
"Are you excited, you know, about tomorrow?" He asked, his eyes big and hopeful.
I nodded lightly, "I'm looking forward to it." I let my hand slip back down to his waist. "Are you?"
Simon nodded slightly, shrugging a little as he did so. "I guess so," he chirped; "I'm just glad I know people there."
