Candyman X Reader

The lipstick lined your lips as you guided it, it was halloween night and your friends had convinced you to go hang out at a local party. You didn't know the people throwing it all you knew was it was sent frat boys who had invited your best friend

You heard the honking of a car horn outside of your house and smiled brightly. Looking back at the mirror once more before running out to your friends.

"Took you long enough!" One of your friends joked as you climbed into the passenger seat

You rolled your eyes as you put the seat belt on "Shut up, I gotta look good for the boys right?" You joked back even though you didn't mean it

The girls laughed before your best friend hit the gas and you where all off to the frat party.

You had a fun night of just dancing and only having a few drinks, not to much for you where the lucky one to be chosen as the designated driver. By the end there was only your 3 friends and about 4 of the frat boys left and you all decided to settle down and just hang out in the living room

You had no clue how it got to it but everybody started to talk about urban legends, you rolled your eyes at there talk as for you didn't believe in that type of stuff

"Ah come on (Y/N). Your telling me you don't believe it?" Your best friend said in disbelief

You nodded before taking a sip from the red solo cup in hand, when suddenly the guy hanging onto your best friend spoke up

"Well sense you don't belive in urban legends so much why don't you go and say Candyman 5 times in the mirror?"

Everybody seemed to smile at you and wait for you to take on his challenge. You scoffed and stood up

"Fine but once I prove you all wrong I deserve an apology" You joked

"Oh whatever!" Your best friend said as you made your way to the nearest bathroom

You shut the door and stood in front of the mirror, to be truthfull you were slightly nervous of doing this even though you didn't believe anything would happen. But still a gut feeling wrenched inside you

"Whatever it's all fake..." You mummbled to yourself trying to regain past courage

"Alright..." You let out a sigh before continuing

"Candyman...

Candyman...

Candyman..."

The air started to feel colder and a shiver went up your spine as you shook

"Candyman...

Candyman."

There was silence for a while and you smiled to yourself "see stupid..." You said as you looked at the door

"Stupid?" A deep voice said behind you

Your eyes snapped back to the mirror and you could feel the paralyzing feeling of fear as you saw a tall man standing behind you

You watched as his hook appeared in front of you "You didn't believe I was real?" He asked

You couldn't speak as you felt his other hand move some strands of hair behind your ear

"A-Are you gonna kill me?" You asked timidly

He smirked "No...you remind me of someone...and I wouldn't want to hurt a hair on your head..."

You let a relived sigh leave your lips but that soon faded once he spoke again

"But I came for you (Y/N)...and I will have you" he spoke a bit softer before kissing your cheek and disappearing from sight

You shook as your hand reached up to your cheek when suddenly you heard a gut wrenching scream come from the living room
