Ellens POV

*2 weeks later*

I've been watching him. She was right, He is acting odd but not just with her, with me too. We all went out one night, Carlie, me, Dan, Phil, Joe, Zoe and Louise, to the cinema to see a movie that had just come out. I sat in my seat, Dan on my left and Joe on my right and all through the film he was "accidently" touching my leg. Obviously I just smiled and pretended to chuckle but inside I was thinking "Shit, Carlie was right again!". It wasn't the only time with me and Carlie. We went out for lunch one day and she told me he had been messaging her on facebook to go round to his while Zoe and his parents were out. She said she freaked out and told him she couldn't and he just sent a ":(" back. I told her about how one day I was round Zoe's and while she went to the kitchen to wash up some dishes Joe sat next to me and whispered "You look good today...good enough to eat" and then bit his lip, sending shivers down my spine...and not in a good way. He was definitely up to something, and he knew that we knew. He was plotting something, and he was playing me and Carlie against eachother and some kind of alterier motive. Like he either really did like us or he was trying to test us or something. I definitely didn't want to find out though.

Carlie's POV

*2 more weeks later*

He's hot...I'll give him that. And yes he is a very good friend and were a closer age to me and Phil but I love Phil! I'm scared though. When that thing happened with Ellen and the boys I was think "For god's sake! Just stop doing this to them!" but I feel like I'm now in that situation but only I know it. The whole thing began a month ago now and every sunday when Zoe's at Louise's watching Darcy and their mum and dad are at work I go round to see Joe. There's nothing going on, But I'm kind of facinated by him. He's opened up to me too but there's no way I can tell Ell this! I was round there one day about a week ago and I basically asked him the deal.

"Joe, What the hell is going on with you? Ellen told me about the leg touching and whispering to her, The messages to me on facebook and stuff?"

"You want the truth?"

"No..I'd like a lie..YES I want the thruth!"

"Well...I was testing you both. See if you were faithful."

"And..?

"Ellen is...100%. But you...I found out from a little birdie that you cheated on your Ex"

"Well he was a dick...yeah I did but I don't get why you think I might do it again"

"I can tell Carlie! Why would you come here all the time with just me if you didn't care"

"W-well...You're my friend Joe! I don't want you to be alone"

He looked at me for a minute, Tilted his head to one side and squinted his eyes as if he were pondering something.

"You're lying!"

"No...no I'm not!"

He moved closer so his face was now right in front if mine.

"So then look me in the eyes, answer me this...Do you like or fancy me in any way shape or form?"

He moved in to plant a kiss on my lips but I diverted it to my cheek. I sighed loudly before turning back.

"Carlie! Do you like or fancy me?!"

I just nodded...I told him. And then... I kissed him.
