3rd Person POV
Fern was getting tired of waiting. It had been five months, and there was still no word from Giselle. At the time, Fern hadn't doubted Giselle's loyalty to the cause. After all, Giselle had come very close to eliminating the three bionics with her fake movie production. But alas, things were starting to look grim on the side of evil. Even though the bionic signal interrupters on her cell weren't strong enough to eliminate the effects of the Triton App completely, Fern could sense her grip on Heather weakening. It was only a matter of time before everything came crumbling down. If only—
The door cracked
A quick glance at the clock assured Fern that this was not the guard bringing food. After a few seconds, the door swung open wide, revealing a much needed sight - the silhouette of Giselle Vickers.
Rushing over, Giselle whispered, "Listen- I don't have much time. I put the security cameras on a loop, but the guards are bound to notice at some point."
"So how are we getting out of here?" Fern asked earnestly.
"Sadly, I haven't been able to figure that out yet," Giselle replied, "This is a maximum security prison, and you're their top priority. No, it's gonna take some time."
"Then why are you here?" Fern hissed.
"Because I my have something better," Giselle continued, pulling out a tablet and tapping it a few times before showing Fern.
"Whoa," Fern marveled, "Those are-"
"You," Giselle finished, "Androids are my specialty, and if I couldn't get you two out, I had to go for the next best option - android replicas with all of your bionics."
"They're amazing. Are they mission ready?" Fern asked.
"Of course they are," Giselle deadpanned, "Otherwise I would've come three months ago."
"Good," Fern smirked, "Because I have an idea."
All of a sudden, alarms blared.
"They've figured it out," Giselle said calmly, but panic laced her words nonetheless, "I can't stay much longer."
"Hack into Davenport's files," Fern explained, "Find 'Promises, Promises.'"
"And don't worry!" Giselle called after nodding in understanding and running towards the door, "I won't break this promise!"

So, I was planning to do a couple more filler chapters before this one, but writer's block is evil especially when you know where you are going in the future, but have to take a detour.
So screw the detour.
Anyway, updates should get more frequent after this, because now I'm actually inspired.
Until we see the fruits of this inspiration,
