Like it's full of shattered glass

Like you've forgotten how to breathe

But no one cares to see?

So nobody stops to hear you

And I'm almost out of batteries

But runs to catch us?

Midnight stars looking at us with light

Smiling when we put up a fight

For those whose reason to stay

Has nothing to do with people

And more to do with hope
