Chapter 25:
Trent's POV:
"Trent. I need to go now." Lea whispers in my ear. My eyes open slowly as they try focusing. Somehow, she seems different. That's when I get a look at her. She wears a white dress that goes to the floor. It's not big in puffy, but it's slim and has a nice flow to the waist down. Lea's hair is pulled back into a delicate hairstyle. Her blue eyes sparkle with something I haven't quite noticed. Something about her makes her appear as if she is glowing. As she sees me looking at her, she moves forward, a light, carefree smile brightens the rest of the features on her face.
"What do you mean?" Confusion has just hit me. I've been so distracted by her looks, I hadn't really took into grasp what she had said to me. What did she mean by having to go? Where would she even remotely be heading?
"I have to go. This isn't fit anymore." More confusing. Great. As I look past her, I notice the setting of a town in ashes and despair. I'm not completely sure, but this has to be what WAS the location of the big dome. There isn't a zombie, but there is dead bodies. Not ones rising back up, but fully dead. One in particular catches my interest. Quickly, I run past Lea, who turns the way I run, to the body.
Horror fills me completely. I know who she is. My little sister, Carlie, lays limp on the ground. She isn't dead, but on the verge of it.
"Why is this happening?!" I scream towards Lea.
"This is it. We go now, or we die. You will run upon the lines of your loved one. This is the warning to save her. For I," she gestures to a dirty-blonde limp on the ground a few meters away. "Am already half gone."
Everything around me blows out into millions of pieces. I'm trying to protect Lea's, the real one's, body but it doesn't help, a giant piece of a skyscraper crushes us.
My final glance at this world is filled with images of pain, of a battle, of the death of people. One person in particular takes down someone I don't know.
"One of these two will have let you down." As it all fades, I see Lea disperse into a white fog.
I reach out for her, but my hand never quite gets there.

Lea's POV:
This morning, I was driving to get things for the big move. I have decided to not say anything until later about this. Everything is just getting normal. Anyways, I was driving when I noticed her atop a roof of a one story home, trying to avoid the zombies. It had appeared she ran out of ammunition. What really interested me was the way she managed to kill a lot of them. There went a gun or a visible bullet wound in some. More like a lot of them had been latched to something then dropped. The question is what it was?
Habit stops me from driving. Although she looks capable, I'm not going to leave her here. Cruel is in the exact definition of that these days.
Quietly, I hope out, gun to the side, knife is hand, and ready to strike. I'm going to practice as if I, too, am out of ammunition.
Within seven slashes, the closet zombies go down. The young girl hops down once the closest to her are gone. She pulls her backpack onto her back and runs next to me. Immediately, I hand her my gun. Without hesitation, she pulls it and shoots the last few.
"Quite impressive, young miss." I say with a smile, admiring her shooting of the rotted bodies.
"Why thank you, ma'am. Now, what would be your name?" From what I can tell, she is daring. I see the daunting in her eyes, she isn't afraid to fight. Kind of the spur of the moment type girl. She'd be in Gryffinfor, which is one of the best houses for the brave.
