15. Back to Work

Y/N's POV
I woke up. It was about 7:00 in the morning. Today we go back to work and get to see my second family (aka all the people at Hi5 studios). I got up and made breakfast for me and Joey. Joey usually wakes up at about 8:00 and takes a shower so I waited a little bit to make him breakfast but I did make him hot chocolate. I just went to sit on the couch and watch some YouTube. Once it was around 8, I went into our bedroom to give Joey his hot chocolate but he was still asleep, I let him sleep for another half hour. I just walked out of our room, sat back down on the couch and watched YouTube. Five minutes in I was feeling kind of sleepy so I got up and started to get ready. I got changed and threw my hair up into a messy bun. At this point, I didn't care what I looked like around the guys. Also, Joey's birthday was coming up this weekend and I wanted to throw a little party at our house. I woke up Joey. He got up and took his shower, I was all ready so I went to go start making his breakfast. Once I was finished making his breakfast Joey had taken his shower and gotten dressed so I just handed him his plate of food.
Joey: "Thank you baby"
Joey then kissed me on the cheek. I just smiled at him and went back to the living room. When Joey finished eating he came out into the living room with me. He threw a blanket over me and him and we watched YouTube videos for about 10 minutes then we had to go.

Joey's POV
When we got to the office we got greeted by the guys. Me and Y/N when upstairs and she did my rule before she came into my office. We did our everyday thing including us fooling around. Me and Y/N were working in my office when we heard a knock on the door. Matthias walked in
Matthias: "Hey guys"
Y/N: "Hey Matt"
Matthias: "Um Joey?"
Joey: "Yeah"
Matthias: "So your birthday is coming up this weekend and I was wondering if you wanted to have a party here?"
Joey: "No it's ok and you forgot to do something"
Matthias: "Dang it"
We all laughed and then he said goodbye and left my office.
Y/N: "Do you mind if we do a little birthday party at our house?"
Joey: "No but don't make it a huge thing"
Y/N: "Ok and I thought of a theme for our costumes"
Joey: "And what's that?"
Y/N: "Well you like basketball and so I was thinking we could go as peeps from space jam. Like you could be bugs bunny and I could be Lola."
Joey: "Alright. I'm kind of excited"
Y/N: "Good I'm glad"
Me and Y/N went back to work and worked for the rest of the day.

Y/N's POV
Me and Joey were packing up our stuff when I heard a familiar voice behind me.
Unknown: "Y/N?"
I turned around to see who it was.
Y/N: "AMANDA"
I ran over to her and hugged her tightly.
Y/N: "How are you?"
Amanda: "I'm pretty good"
Y/N: "That's good"
Amanda: "I didn't know you worked here"
Y/N: "Yeah but it doesn't even feel like work. I love it here"
Just then Joey walked up behind me and wrapped his arms around my waist. Amanda's face was confused.
Amanda: "Wait are you two"
Me and Joey both nodded our heads yes.
Amanda: "Oh my God really?!?!?"
Y/N: "I'm surprised that Matthias didn't tell you"
Amanda: "He didn't say anything about it. He just told me that Joey had a girlfriend and when I asked him who he said "I'll let you figure it out"."
Y/N: "Well now you know"
Matt walked up the stairs with little Luna.
Y/N: "Aww look it's little Luna"
Amanda giggled at my nickname for Luna.
Y/N: "Do you mind if I hold her?"
Amanda: "No not at all"
Matthias handed Luna to me. I held her gently, I made sure to be very careful. I swayed back and forth she eventually got sleepy and fell asleep in my arms. Joey was looking at me holding Luna. His face lit up when I was holding Luna. Amanda noticed that Luna had fallen asleep in my arms.
Amanda: "How did you get her to sleep? She hasn't slept all day"
Y/N: "I don't know. I guess I'm just a natural"
Amanda: "Well thank you"
I gently handed Luna to Amanda.
Y/N: "Oh I've been meaning to ask you. Would you and Matt want to come to our house on Sunday for Joey's birthday?"
Amanda: "Oh yeah for sure"
Y/N: "Matthias knows where we live so you don't have to worry about it"
Amanda: "Ok. I've gotta go, I'll see you this weekend"
Y/N: "Ok see you later"
Turned towards Joey.
Joey: "Are we ready to go, baby?"
Y/N: "You can head to the car. I have to go ask Bryan about Sunday"
Joey: "Alright. I'll take your stuff"
I handed Joey my things
Y/N: "Thank you"
I gave him a kiss on the cheek before he left. I walked up to Bryan's door and knocked.
Bryan: "Come in"
Y/N: "Hey Bryan"
Bryan: "Hey Y/N, what's up?"
Y/N: "I was wondering if you and the girls would like to come to me and Joey's house for his birthday?"
Bryan: "Yeah for sure"
Y/N: "Great, I'll text you the address"
Bryan: "Ok"
I was just about to walk out when Bryan stopped me.
Bryan: "Y/N?"
Y/N: "Yeah"
Bryan: "I just wanted to say that you and Joey are cute together. You make him very happy. I don't think I've ever seen him this happy."
Y/N: "Thank you it means a lot"
Bryan: "No problem. Ok you can go"
I chuckled.
Y/N: "Ok have a good night Bryan"
I walked out, closed his door and made my way downstairs to the car. Joey was already in the car.
Joey: "What took you so long?"
He said jokingly. I was still kind of blushing from what Bryan said to me about me and Joey.
Joey: "Why are you blushing?"
Y/N: "Oh Bryan just said that me and you are cute together"
Joey: "Oh really?"
Y/N: "Yeah he also said I make you really happy"
Joey: "Well it's true. You make a very very happy man"
Joey held my face gently held my face, then kissed me on the lips passionately. Amanda parked beside Joey's car and I guess Matthias saw us kissing. He knocked on the window.
Matthias: "Get a room you two"
He said jokingly. Me and Joey were blushing really badly. I heard Amanda say
Amanda: "Leave them alone, we were like that too"
Matthias got in the car and they drove off.
Joey: "We should head home"
Joey started the car and drove home. The rest of the night was spent on the couch, watching hockey and eating leftover Chinese food.
