38. Beach Days

Y/N's POV
Y/N: "So there's no one near us?"
Joey: "Nope just you and me"
Y/N: "Ok"
Joey: "So no one will hear you scream... when I tickle you"
Once I could comprehend what Joey said, I tried to run away but Joey grabbed me by my sides and brought me towards him.
Joey: "Nice try Y/N"
Joey carried me to the couch and set me down on it. As soon as my body hit the couch he began to tickle me. I burst out laughing. I tried to fight against him and get out from his reach but I was weak from laughing so hard. He had no mercy.
Y/N: "Ahahah J-Joey stop"
Joey was giggling at me. My arms and legs were flailing everywhere. Joey stopped because he was laughing so hard. I pushed him back so that he was laying on the couch and started to tickle him. Joey burst out laughing this time. I stopped and chuckled at him then gave him a kiss. We were both smiling at each other.
Joey: "I love you Y/N"
Y/N: "I love you too Joey"
I laid my head on his chest. He ran his fingers through my hair. With his free hand, he held my hand and we intertwined our fingers. He kissed the top of my head. It's times like these, I absolutely loved spending time with Joey. We sat like that for another few minutes then Joey spoke up.
Joey: "Do you wanna watch a movie?"
Y/N: "Yeah sure"
I sat up.
Joey: "I'll be right back"
Y/N: "Ok"
Joey got up and went outside to the car. He came back with the bags of chips we bought earlier. He sat on the couch next to me, he pulled me onto his lap and laid a blanket on top of me. He turned on the TV and put on Netflix. We both decided on a movie. While we were watching the movie Joey gave me a kiss on my forehead which caused me to blush. Joey smiled at me.
Joey: "You're so adorable"
I chuckled. I turned my attention back to the movie. Out of nowhere, Joey spoke up.
Joey: "Let's dance"
Y/N: "Why?"
Joey: "Because it will be fun. Trust me"
He said while turning off the TV.
Y/N: "Where are we going to play music from?"
Joey: "Luckily for you, I brought my Bluetooth speaker"
He set up his speaker and put on the dance playlist. A random song came on and he started dancing randomly. I couldn't help but laugh at his randomness.
Joey: "Come on Y/N"
He grabbed my hands and made me dance with him. Me and him were giggling the whole time. Joey was just doing random dance moves. I was laughing pretty hard.
Y/N: "You're such a dork"
Joey: "Well you're being a dork with me"
I danced with him but my dance moves weren't as crazy as his were. (AN: Play song)
The next song that came on was a slow song. Joey stuck out his hand for me to take.
Joey: "Would you like to dance with me?"
Y/N: "I'd be honoured"
I said with a little chuckle at the end. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his arms around my waist. We both swayed around slowly, looking deeply into each other's eyes. Making me fall in love with him all over again. Joey started to softly sing along with the course. I looked down towards the ground just cause he's so cute and I wanted to hide my dorky smile.

Joey singing:

Joey lifted my face up so I was looking at him.

Joey smiled at me and continued to sing.

We continued to sway around together. I rested my head on Joey's chest he kept his arms around his waist. We continued to sway with each other until the song ended. Joey kissed my forehead. It was around 11:30.
Y/N: "We should probably head to bed"
Joey: "Yeah we should"
Joey turned off his music and swept me off of my feet. He brought me to the bedroom and gently set me down on the bed. He covered me up with the sheets and went to the other side and got in. Joey pulled me close to him, I rested my head on his chest and he began to rub my back. I listened to his steady heartbeat. My eyes got heavier and I fell sound asleep on his chest. (AN: End song)

Joey's POV
I woke pretty early in the morning. I looked over to Y/N curled up in a ball. I smiled at her cuteness. I threw on a shirt and kissed Y/N on the cheek. I decided to go get breakfast for me and Y/N. I quickly texted her to say that I was going out so she would see it when she goes on her phone. After I did that I grabbed the car keys and got into the car and drove into town. When I got back I walked in to see Y/N on the couch cuddled up in a blanket watching the sports highlights.
Joey: "Hey baby"
Y/N: "Hey Hun"
Joey: "I got you breakfast from McDonald's"
I said while handing it to her.
Y/N: "Thank you"
Joey: "No problem"
I sat down beside her on the couch, watched sports highlights and ate breakfast. We finished eating around 10. We cuddled for about an hour. I decided we should get going but before we started getting ready to leave, I went out to the car and grabbed our swim suits, then went back into the cabin.
Joey: "Hey Y/N can you put this on?"
Y/N: "Yeah but what for?"
Joey: "You'll see"
Y/N took her swimsuit from me and went into the bathroom to change. I quickly got changed in the room. When I was finished changing Y/N finished changing too. Me and Y/N packed up the things we took out and put them in the trunk of the car. When we finished doing that Y/N got into the car. I went back into the cabin to double check we got everything. When I found nothing, I went back to the car and started to drive again. We didn't talk much for the first few minutes we just listened to the radio but it was relaxing for the both of us. I decided to speak up.
Joey: "So... last night was fun"
I heard Y/N giggle.
Y/N: "Yeah I loved every second of it"
She said while smiling. We both chuckled. I rested my hand on the armrest. Y/N grabbed it and intertwined her fingers with mine.
Y/N: "So what are we doing today Joe Fish?"
Joey: "I have a few plans for today"
Y/N: "What are those plans?"
Joey: "You'll have to find out"
Y/N: "Joey you know I don't like surprises and I don't even know where our final destination is"
Joey: "I know you don't like surprises and you'll have to find out the final destination"
She sighed. We drove a few hours to get to the place that I was planning to go today. When we got there I went to the trunk and grabbed towels and a blanket. Y/N was waiting for me at the front of the car. I smiled at her and grabbed her hand. We walked on the beach, I couldn't help but look at her. She looked so beautiful. She was wearing a red bikini and the way her hair flowed over her shoulders. She noticed me looking at her.
Y/N: "Do you like what you see?"
Joey: "Yes"
I said while smiling, she chuckled. We set down the blanket and put our stuff on top of it. it was surprising cause there weren't very many people. Me and Y/N both walked to the water. I walked in but Y/N stopped at the shoreline.
Y/N: "That water's so cold"
Joey: "Y/N it's not even that cold. Do I need to drag you in?"
Y/N: "No"
She slowly walked into where the water was at her waist. She hasn't got the rest of her body wet. I had an evil plan.

Y/N's POV
The water was super cold but Joey was acting like it was nothing. Joey got the rest of his body wet. When he resurfaced, I'm not gonna lie he was fucking hot.
Joey: "Y/N you need to get the rest of your body wet"
Y/N: "No I'm ok"
Joey came up to me with his arm out about to hug me. I tried to get away from him but he hugged me tightly making me get semi wet. Once he pulled away from the hug he splashed me, causing me to be completely wet.
Y/N: "I hate you"
Joey: "No you don't"
He said hugging me again. I gave him a playful death stare but then I kissed him. Me and Joey walked deeper into the water so that it was just below my chest. Joey pulled me close to him and kissed passionately.
Y/N: "What was that for?"
Joey: "Cause I love you"
Y/N: "I love you too Joey"
Joey: "I'm getting cold can we get out"
Y/N: "Oh so now you're cold"
Joey: "Yeah"
I chuckled at Joey and grabbed his hand. Me and him walked to where our stuff was. I grabbed my towel and dried myself off. Joey did the same. We both sat on the blanket and enjoyed the sun. We spent most of the whole day there. It was just getting on 6:00 and the sun was starting to set. Joey pulled me close to him, I looked over at him and gave him a kiss on the cheek then rested my head on his shoulder. He wrapped his arm around my waist and rested his hand on my thigh. We both sat in silence and watched the sunset together. It was relaxing. It reminded me when we lived in the apartment together a few months ago. When the sun was almost set on the horizon me and Joey packed up our things I didn't bother getting changed neither did Joey. We both decided to just put a shirt on over our swimsuits. I shook the sand off of the blanket and our towels then we made our way to the car. I kept the blanket just in case I got cold. We drove for another few hours. I started to get tired and cold so I took the blanket and covered me up. I looked at the highway that was in front of us. I began to get sleepy, my eyes slowly began to shut.
