Kehlani couldn't sleep a wink last night, after the Jay thing.
I swear this niggah just wants to make our lives a living hell.
He won't quit till he ain't breathing.

"No! Leave me alone!" Kehlani screamed, her T-shirt soaked in sweat. I shake her trying to wake her up. "Babe wake up" I said in a whisper and her eyes shot open and she started breathing heavily.

"Chris..hold me" she said with glistening eyes. I pulled her into a hug. I can't live to see my baby like this. She is far from broken.

I try stopping the tears from falling down my cheeks. I have to be strong for her. I kiss her forehead and she starts easing up.

Kehlani p.o.v

I wake up and I was sleeping on Chris's chest. I smile and I look at his features. He looks adorable when he is sleeping and it reminds me of when we were still 17.

I get out the bed and I grab some sweats from the drawers and underwear. I look at the time and it is 07:30.

I walk to the bathroom to handle my hygiene and I put on the sweats and I tie my hair in a messy bun.

I go downstairs to the kitchen. When I say downstairs I mean 6 stairs.

I make some waffles and I am proud of myself that I didn't make much of a mess.

After making breakfast and placing the food on the kitchen counter. I go to the bedroom to wake Chris up.

"Chris wake up!" I say as I shake him gently. "Hmmm" he says in a low raspy voice, while rubbing his eyes adjusting to the light.

"Breakfast is ready" I say and he tries leaning in for a kiss. I stop him by placing my hand over his mouth. "No.. You got morning breath" I say with a smile on my face amd he rolls his eyes playfully and gets up and goes to the bathroom.

I go to the kitchen and I grab my plate and some maple syrup and some OJ from the fridge.

I go to the living room and I sit on the sofa. Turning the Tv on and watching Empire.

As I was about to eat my food. Chris comes in the living room and sits next to me with his plate.

We eat and he gets a call from Tyga. He kisses my forehead and after say our "I love yous" he grabs his keys and leaves locking the door.

I decide to go get my phone and go through my Instagram.

As I plop down the couch in the living room with a packet of Potato chips and my phone.
My phone buzzes it's a text from Jay.

I am a bit confused and I squint a little and open the text message. It reads:

Jay: I know I have said this a million times. I love you Lanii and I can't stop thinking about you. Sorry about last night I really didn't mean to startle you. 😟

Niggah be mad.. He didn't mean to startle me? He almost raped me again! I saw my life flash before my very eyes.

I roll my eyes and I go straight to my Instagram. Nothing is happening but I really like the Vines.

After half and hour of laughing my head off. My eyes start feeling heavy and I drift off to sleep.

Chris p.o.v

I get home from T-raw's house and Lani is sleeping on the couch. I lock the door behind me and place my keys on the kitchen counter.

I get a fleece blanket from the closet and cover Lani with it.
I didn't wanna wake her so, I watched Quantico.

I really like the show, it's gives me the adrenaline rush I need. As it ends, I hear a knock on the door.

I roll eyes and get up to get it.
I open the door and guess who it was, standing there with a smirk plastered on his face.

Ooh yippie! Jay! [Sarcasm intended]
