{Gabbie's pov}
I woke up from the couch realizing my tv was still on from last night and then realizing again that I forgot I locked up my two friends in the freaking closet. I walked up to the closet and got the key from my nightstand and opened the door to see Liza on the floor with all my clothes trying to wake up David.
"Psst. Liza."
"Gabbie oh my god I'm so happy to see you.... WHY WOULD YOU LOCK ME IN HERE OH MY GOD I SWEAR..." she says running up to me giving me a hug but then slap if her arm.
"Liza calm down. You woke up David."
"I was already trying to wake him up. Why did you leave us in here we've been in here all night?!"
"Sorr-" I said
"Gabbie?" David says waking up
"I'll make it up. How about I take you guys out to breakfast and we will discuss this issue." I say
"Fine. Just. Don't do this again please." Liza says
(Time hop)
We arrive to the Waffle House and eat breakfast there and me and Liza get a booth and David gets the other side.
"Ok now that we are waiting on the food. Did you guys get along. Apologized." I say
"Yes we did actually. I think your little plan worked." Says David eyeing Liza
"Yes I think it did. Even better I think it brought us closer together." Liza says
"You guys didn't..."
"Heck no !" David says
"No!...that's nasty...pfft...with him...no..."Liza says
"Oh cuz it sure sounded like it." I say
"If Liza was the last woman on earth I wouldn't." David says
"Yeah and if David was the last man on earth I wouldn't do it with him either." Liza says
"Dang you guys made this conversation awkward. I was just playing around."
"Well your the one who asked the question." Said David
"Did you guys sleep together on the floor?"
"Yeah but separately. Back to back." David says
"Yup...separately...." Liza says looking down at her phone like if she was hiding something.
"What wrong Liza." I ask
"Nothing...it's nothing...I just remembered something I had to do."
"Ok well I'm always here for you. You know that right."
"Yeah. Right. Thanks."
Our food finally arrives and then later we finished and we make plans to do tomorrow night. I take David back to his apartment. After I dropped off David. Liza and I had a conversation in the car
"Ok Liza what really happened in that closet."
"We already told you."
"Spill it I know something happened in there... did you guys kiss!!!?!?"
"No! Gabbie...that's not what happened."
"Then tell me what happened don't you remember friends never keep secrets from each other...well best friends and I know something happened."
"Ugh. Fine. I tell you from the beginning. I was the first one to talk. We argued about forgiveness. Then told stories about our childhoods and futures. Laughed. Got hungry. Ate a box of chocolates. Made a mattress. Slept....I think we may have cuddled."
What she said really surprised me
"Wait I have so many questions. Oh my god. Where did you get the box of chocolates? Why did you use my clothes? And didn't he say you slept back to back ?"
"The box of chocolates were from the top shelf next your clothes. We used your clothes to make a comfy mattress...I don't think he noticed that we shifted body's and he wrapped his arms around me until I woke up I found my self in that position but he moved his arm so I could move out."
"Did you enjoy the cuddling?"
"It was more like...finding warmth."
" just tell me if you like it yes or no."
"Yeah...it was very...surprising."
"Oh my god. Does this mean it's more than friendship."
"No Gabbie this isn't what I wanted...ok..." she says rolling her eyes
"Why? what didn't you want?"
There was a slight pause before she answered.
"To have feelings for another guy!"
The car just fills up with the most awkward tension. Just herring her say that she might have feelings for David is the weirdest thing. I never thought she liked him like that. At the same time I feel happy for her but I have absolutely nothing to say.
"Gabbie?... earth to Gabbie..."
"I need a moment to think..." I say
"I need to get rid of these feeling I have for him...help me."
"I don't know what to say... one minute you hate him...then you become friends... and know you want to be more than friends." I say
"Maybe I'm going crazy!" She says
"No no you not... maybe you need to figure out how your feeling. I already told him all three of us were going to hang out tomorrow night."
"Ok so...I guess that's when I will figure things out. I just don't know why?"
A/n: I don't know if I posted yesterday but if I did please enjoy this extra chapter. Maybe I should start posting everyday. The more I write the more I feel inspired. This also might be a cringy chapter sorry 😂🌚
