I wake up the next morning less tired than previous nights but still exhausted. I have to blink several times to get rid of the images from the nightmare.
Today is the last day of the week. I'm thankful but at the same time I wish it was still week days. Although its the weekend and there's no school, the teachers decide to pack on the homework over the weekend adding more stress.
I do my usual routine in the morning and meet Bryelle outside my house.
"I'm sorry I'm such a bother all the time." I tell Bryelle.
"What are you talking about?" She asks me confused.
"You always drive me." I tell her.
"Well you're on my way to school so you're no trouble at all." She says.
"When I get my new car I'll be out of your hair and you won't have to drive me everywhere." I say nudging her.
"Jules I'll drive you anywhere at any time you know that right?" She asks seriously.
"Ya I know Bry." I say smiling at her.
We get out of the car in the parking lot of the school and head towards the front doors. I'm having a conversation with Bryelle so I don't take a look at the person opening the door for us. I mutter a thank you and continue walking.
"Rude..." The person whispers. I turn around when I hear the comment.
"I said tha-" I start saying until I realize who it is.
"Oh hi Harry." I say suddenly becoming shy. I quickly look down trying to avoid eye contact.
"Hello angel." He says. I finally have the courage to look up at him. He smiles leaning against the wall and I honestly don't want to take my eyes off his figure. Bryelle nudges me from beside.
"Oh sorry. Bryelle, Harry. Harry, Bryelle." I say formally introducing them.
"Hello Bryelle." Harry says with an unusually deep and silky voice. I turn my head towards him as he looks at me. When I hold his gaze he winks. I turn back to Bryelle trying to hold back my smile.
"Hi Harry." She speaks up confidently. When I look at Harry he seems surprised. Astonished really. I'm assuming he's surprised because she actually spoke to him straight forward without giggling or shying away. I smile to myself because of my confident best friend.
"I'll see you around?" I say to Harry while grabbing Bryelle's arm and slowly walking in the opposite direction.
"Wait." He calls after me. I glance at Bryelle telling her to stay and then walk over to Harry.
"Yes?" I ask curious.
"Give me your phone." He says stretching out his hand.
"My phone?" I ask surprised.
"Yes your phone." He repeats for me. I bring the bag on my shoulder to the front and rummage through the pockets. I pull out my phone and hand it to him. He types a few things in, locks it and then hands it back.
"Ok..." I trail off not knowing what to say. He nods and I turn around walking towards Bryelle.
When we get to her locker I finally open my phone to check what he did. As I unlock it the screen goes directly to messages.
To:Harry<3
It's Juliette. I love you.
I laugh to myself and lock my phone turning back to Bryelle. I think she's become used to Harry's weird moods so she's not smirking at me right away. Once she's finished getting her things we go directly to my locker.
