Jennifer's Pov

The sound of quiet beeps and a warm tingly feeling runs through my veins .

My eyes remain shut, to weak to open. Voices fill the room , as I hear frequent foot steps coming from all around me. Someone takes ahold of my hand. A sense of warmth some how comforts my body , making all my muscles relax.

small wet droplets constantly landing on my hand, causing me to tense up.

"I'm so sorry Jen, I never meant for this to happen to you"

The words spoken slowly process through my head. thoughts keep tumbling through my mind as people speak .

"Mmm" only small things escape my lips , as I feel my throat blocked up of dryness.

"It's okay Jen , you don't have to open your eyes . It's just me"

"Josh" my voice cracks barely coming out properly.

"Yeah it's just me" he speaks stroking my hair and placing a small kiss on my cheek

My eyes slowly flutter open , they sting for a while , trying adjusting to the light , the first thing I greet is Joshes beautiful eyes which are dwelling with tears. The way he looks straight through me causes my body to melt.

He never let go of my hand . I looked down to see his fingers intertwined with mine

A smile smile escapes my lips.

I look up again , to still see his eyes locked on mine .

No words just silence , his gaze relaxes me.

"I thought I lost you Jen " tears fall down his face.

"I found you there , lifeless" I can't help but let my emotions wash over me too.

Josh caresses his thumb over my checks wiping my tears away.

"I could never live with myself if I lost you, your my best friend"

"And I love you"

All I can do is look at josh. Thankful that he found me .

"I called the director when you go here, I told him what happened , he suggests that we take a day or two off until your up and going again"

"You didn't have too" my voice cracks

"Don't be silly" he comforts me rubbing my hand

"Here's , some water" he says grabbing me a drink from my bedside .

I slowly take small sips , as my body aches from my small movements.

A doctor walks in surprised to see me awake.

"Miss Lawrence. How are you feeling"

Dumb question I thought

"Not good"

"Well your going to have to take it easy love, you seemed to have received a slight blow to the head , luckily not directed at your temple. You have quite a serious concussion , so I suggest when you get home , you do nothing but relax. Just also be careful of your bruises , they will feel tender"

"I'm glad it's not bad Jen , I thought you were going to die"

"Thanks , josh"

" no I'm being serious , I didn't know what to think. "

" well let's , just focus on Jennifer getting better , the doctor suggests. " when you are ready, we can get your antibiotics ready and discharge you from the hospital"

"Thanks, that would be great" josh speaks for me

Josh wheeled me down the halls in the hospital , where a waiting out side was Joshes car ready to take me back to the hotel .

He wheels me around to the passenger side , where he opens the door for me and lifts me out of the wheelchair and sets me down into the car , placing the seat belt over me.

I could have easily protested , and told him I could do it myself. All he would tell me is that it's okay and he insisted .

He takes the wheel chair back into the hospital, leaving me in the car for a few minutes. When he returns he gladly takes hold of one my hands while he drives back to the hotel.

When we get close to the hotel , we can see plenty of Camara flashes . Probably everyone wanting to know what happened to me or if it's true we're dating .

He drives down Into the hotel car basement . parking the car near to an elevator which can take us up from the basement to the penthouse. Producers were to poor , so we couldn't stay any where expensive like in the penthouse.

I start to unbuckle my seat and open my door stepping out.

Josh freaks out and quickly rushes to my side, helping my up for support.

Once we make it out of the elevator and into the hall he tells me that , I will be staying in his suite while I start getting better .

He leads me through , into his bedroom where he helps me up onto his bed.

"So is there anything you feel like Jen"

"No I'm just really exhausted , I might take a nap actually"

Josh pulls down the blinds for me and closes the door slightly

" if you need anything babe just call me "
