HORROR!SANS POV
With the morning now behind us, the rest of the day seemed to go by without a single problem. What ever Papyrus had done earlier seemed to have affected our little Kitten for the better. Cheered her up. She was constantly smiling, and her pain level had even seemingly gone down a notch or two. O'course I kept a regular schedule on her medication, but I knew that wasn't the real answer.
Stranger yet, she seemed to be acting a little... nervous around me. Not in a sense of fear, no oh no, but... something else. I had to find out why! What were they hiding from me? "..." Heh, no matter. Come nightfall, I'll have all the answers I need... once Papyrus is fast asleep. I couldn't help but grin darkly at these thoughts, my eye sockets hollowing to black from the sheer excitement of a good mystery. A good hunt. 'Hmhmhm... this is gonna be fun...'
HORROR!PAPYRUS' POV
"WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY THIS HAS BEEN!" I cheered to myself, a chef's hat on my head, an apron around my chest, and a wooden spoon in my hand, raised high to the sky in triumph. I couldn't even remember the last time we were all so happy! And of course we had the human to thank for it. Ever since we found her, why, even Sans has started smiling!
As I stirred the pot of my famous spaghetti, watching the cardboard box slowly deteriorate in the boiling water amongst the noodles, I began to plan the events for the next day. We began working out several routines for the days to come, including who would be on watch and tend to Kitten and at what times. I decided to take the morning shifts! That way, Kitten and I could play again! "NYEH...~" I sighed happily, cheekbones dusted in a light orange at the very thought as I drained my master creation, serving it onto three plates. "I HOPE SHE LIKES THIS!"
KITTENS POV
Cuddled up in the soft and fluffy blankets of my bed, I couldn't help but feel overly content. My belly was full with 'Master Chef Papyrus' Signature Spaghetti', which really wasn't all that bad. Even with the occasional bite of cardboard. I sighed happily, closing my eyes as I embraced this moment of peace and calm. Despite all that we had gone through, that I had gone through, I was completely happy. The Skeleton Brothers were so nice to me! And Gaster-
My eyes widened immediately. "Ah! I-I almost forgot!" I looked up at the clock on the wall. It read 8:45PM. I knew that he would see me tonight in my dreams, just as he had promised. I could only hope that he would tell me a bit more information, or at least more than he had told me before. There was just so much that I wanted to know about! The Monsters, Ebott, Gaster himself, Me...
I remembered him telling me of how I would SAVE him and the brothers, too. Yet another thing I desperately needed to know more about. I sighed, laying my head back down, and closing my eyes once again. It was completely dark. Completely silent. Papyrus had gone to bed over half an hour ago upstairs, Sans too, most likely. Now it was my turn. ... or so I thought. Just as I was slipping away into blissful slumber, a low, malicious sounding chuckle came from the darkness.
"Hmhmhm... W a k e y w a k e y . . ."
