Chapter 9

Steeljaw and the others see Metalsound running over to them in a panic, "Metalsound, what's wrong?" Steeljaw asked.

"We have trouble, or rather you do," she replied as she transformed. "Can I talk to you two for a moment?" She asked Steeljaw and Strongarm.

Steeljaw and Strongarm look at each other and then back at her, "Sure."

"Watch Nightback, Dad!" Strongarm yells to Magnus as she walks away with the two.

Metalsound led them away from the others before facing them, "Did you promise any femmes that you would become their mate?" She asked Steeljaw.

"Huh? Yeah, a couple I think. Why?"

"Any of them a Wolf-Con? Because there's one out there that you promised to be mates with."

"Yes. Out where?"

"Here on Earth, in the forest several miles out."

"What, Quickshadow is here!?"

"You made a promise to a couple of femmes that you would mate with them?" Strongarm asked him with a raised optic ridge.

"Yes, I did promise a couple of femmes I would be their mate. But that was a long time ago and I'm not that mech anymore," he promised as he held Strongarm's servos with his own.

"And who is this Quickshadow?"

"She's a Wolf-Con I met a long time ago. As time went on I realized how crazy and obsessed with me she was."

"Is that why you broke it off with her and broke your promise?"

"Yes."

"Is she a Yandere?" Metalsound asked.

"What is that?" Steeljaw asked her in confusion.

"A Yandere is where one is in love with another, but it's more of an obsessive love. They will do anything to keep their love interest happy, they will even kill those that appear as a threat to their love interest or even kill said love interest. A Yandere is mostly associated with women, but there are male Yanderes sometimes."

"Then yes, she is."

"Great. And she's a Wolf-Con as well," Strongarm said as she started to worry, more so for their son. "Does she know about him mating with me and us having a sparkling?" She asked Metalsound.

"Yes, someone named Voltstrike was watching us earlier."

"So he saw us and went back to report to her," Steeljaw says starting to feel scared for his family, "What did she say?" He asked Metalsound. Metalsound replayed what she had heard. When it was over Steeljaw was feeling outraged, "That psycho bitch will not get anywhere near Strongarm or Nightback! I'll kill her if she tries anything!"

"If she doesn't come after you first, and watch the language. We have the kids roaming around the scrapyard somewhere. She took a good chunk out of a tree in her temper tantrum," Metalsound growled, she was worried for the family.

"Yeah that's her, she's big at throwing a tantrum when she can't get what she wants. She's very spoiled."

"That or it's something deeper in her psyche," Metalsound mused, "You okay, Strongarm?" She walked over to her when she noticed that the femme was quiet.

"Not really but I will be," she replied.

Metalsound smiled at her, "I'll let you two talk this out. I better check on Ember," she said as she walked away.

"Why didn't you tell me you had actually made a promise to a couple of femmes?" Strongarm asked Steeljaw after Metalsound left. Strongarm sees his hesitance to answer, "Do you still have feelings for her?"
