~CHAPTER 8~

I hid behind a large tree, as I saw two figures appear in the smoke. One was much smaller (around my size) and the other was much larger. It wasn't very clear, but I could sense their power, and it was much more than any ninja I knew. "Shit..." I whispered. Just then I heard a strange clicking noise, and some people speaking.

"There's a power level, not that strong, just up ahead." I heard a voice, I suspected it to be one of the figures in front of me.

"As if I didn't know Nappa." I heard a raspy voice. I took out a kunai knife and held it in my hand as I watched the figures from the corner of my eye.

"Should we investigate where the power is coming from, or should we just destroy this planet already?" I heard the lower voice.

"Relax Nappa, I would like to have some fun before we have to go back to traveling in such cramped pods again." The small figure said. Just then they were clear, and the smoke lifted.

I saw a tall muscular built man, with a dark mustache and a weird mohawk like hair-do. Beside him was a smaller boy about my age and size with dark flame like hair. The two people wore such strange armor over their spandex clothing, and a suspicious device on their ear that covered their eye.

"As you wish Prince." The muscular one said. He clicked a button on the device by his ear and pointed to the tree that I was hiding behind. "That's where it's coming from."

"Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck!!!" I mumbled as I crouched behind the tree and grasped the kunai even tighter. I knew I was screwed, but I couldn't run. Maybe if I acted as if I weren't here they would leave.

"You might as well reveal yourself. No use in hiding, or running." I heard the smaller person say.

I growled deep in my throat and slowly slipped out from behind the tree. I held the kunai behind my back and grasped it as tight as I could, wishing I never followed the beams of light.

"Well look prince! A girl! Is she a native?"

"No." I answered harshly. "I'm not of this planet... Now tell me, who are you?" I said as I gritted my teeth.

"As if we would tell you!" The muscular man shouted.

"Give her a break Nappa, she might as well know who we are before we kill her." The boy said as he didn't take his eyes off me.

"You're sure prince?" The man said as he looked at his partner. The boy nodded his head.

"My worthless partner here, is Nappa. And I, you pitiful creature, am Prince Vegeta!" The boy with flame like hair said as he had a menacing smile.

"Why are you here? What do you want from me, or this planet?" I asked as My tail unfurled from my waist, and I got in a stance, ready to fight. "Answer me before I kill you.

Vegeta and Nappa laughed. "Pitiful girl, Nappa and I are here to destroy this planet. And in case your wondering, we are doing this for Lord Frieza!" Vegeta snickered.

"Look, I don't know who you are or what you are, but I must warn you, you don't want to mess with me!" I shouted in anger. I felt my power flow through my veins as my earning to fight grew stronger. "I am an almighty saiyan!"

Vegeta chuckled to himself as he approached me. "Stupid girl, did you not notice?"

I took a step back from him and pulled out the kunai, ready to stab him in case he got any closer. "What are you talking about?"

"Stupid girl," Vegeta began, and I watched as a brown monkey like tail, just like mine, uncurled from his waist, and his partner did the same. "Did you not notice, that we are saiyans too?"
