Florencia's POV
We was on a type of training, well we was before Jean and myself got separated from the group due to our horses running away, that was three days ago, we currently taking shelter in a cave since Jean had a fever, I was looking out sighing as it was still raining, I looked towards the firewood to see that we was running low, I rolled my eyes before taking my cape off Jean and putting on myself and going to get some wood.

I got back and placed the wood around the fire to dry off, I took my cape back off and felt Jean's forehead, I sighed before taking one of my blades and cutting a strip of the wet cape off before folding it up and placing it on his forehead, he smiled slightly and I got up and went over to the fire warming myself up.

He began to whimper making me turn around to see him shivering as well as tossing and turning in his slumber, I got up and went over to him taking his jacket that was covering him off putting it around my shoulders and laying on his chest stopping him from moving and whimpering.

I woke up and looked outside to see that it had finally stopped raining, I went to get up but Jean stopped me and rolled to the side hugging me and rested his head against mine as a smile was plastered on his lips, "Thank you" he mumbled, I rolled my eyes and got up before firing a purple flare off, "Let's just hope someone sees that" I say before sneezing, my face dropped knowing that I caught Jean's fever.

I woke up in a bed making me raise an eyebrow as I sat up, the last thing I remember is sharing a horse with Jean on the way back from the cave, I shook my head and noticed Jean asleep in the chair next to me with a pencil inside a book in his hand, I smirked before poking Jean's cheek and acting to be asleep.

"What?" He mumbled as he awoke from his sleep before I felt being covered back up again, I smiled and waited a bit before acting to wake up again, "Florencia, how are you feeling?" Jean asked as he handed me some water, I smiled "Fine" I say taking a sip of the water, he smiled "Good, sorry about giving you my fever" he mumbled towards the end.

I shrugged as I sat on the edge of the bed, "Sharing's caring" I say smirking making him smile, my eyes landed on the book "What've you been drawing?" I asked, his eyes widened "N-nothing" he stuttered as he tried hiding the book, "Now you've got me interested" I say trying to get the book.

He stood up and held it in the air as I tried to jump for it, "Jean this isn't fair" I say crossing my arms, he smiled letting his guard down so I snatched the book out of his hand, "Hey!" He yelled, I sat down on the bed and looked through it, my eyes widened, they were all of me, I looked up to find that Jean disappeared, I frowned and got out of the tent looking around for him.

It was dinner and I was finally allowed to leave the tent having been cleared, I sat down with Krista and Ymir, "Florencia! How are you?" Krista asked as I sat down, "I'm good thanks. Have any of you seen Jean?" I asked, "No" Ymir said, I looked around the hall and had no luck of finding him, but I did see Marco.

After finishing my food and drink, I put my things into wash before going over to Marco, I sat down across from him, "F-f-Florencia, it's good to see you" he stuttered, I smiled "Where's Jean?" I asked, he stayed quiet, "Marco" I say, "He hiding in the dorm because he's embarrassed" Eren said making me turn and look towards him.

"Thanks Marco" I say giving a playful smile towards him before getting some bread and water and going to the dorm, I knock on the door "Jean, open up" I say, no reply making me roll my eyes before walking in, they was a mountain under one of the covers making me sigh going over.

I took the cover off him and he looked away from me, "Jean, you can't hide forever" I say sitting down next to him, he stayed quiet "You shouldn't be embarrassed of your drawings they're amazing" I say, he faced me and I smiled "You're not mad that I drew you?" He asked, I shook my head "I'm quite honoured actually" I say making him smile.

"Since you skipped dinner, I brought you this" I say handing the bread and water to him, he smiled and ate them before the rest of the boys came in, "Florencia, you shouldn't be here" Armin said in a hushed voice, Jean set his cup on the table "Why?" I asked, "Because it's curfew" he said, I shrugged "I'll be fine" I say before Jean laid me down and put the cover over me.

"Lights out!" Shadis yelled making my eyes widened as I heard his footsteps walk through the room and out the other door, I sighed as Jean uncovered me and I sat up, "Don't even try sneaking past him. You'll end up in so much trouble" Jean whispered as he laid next to me, "Jean don't underestimate. I'm a ninja" I whisper, he pulled me into his chest "Just stay with me tonight" he whispered, I smiled "Fine" I whispered.

I was about to fall asleep when he kissed my forehead making me smile before I cuddled into him more.
