Annabella's POV
I was sat on my bunk playing with my fire when Annie walked in and froze in place, I put it out and pinned her against the wall "Tell anyone and I'll make sure you suffer the most painful death ever" I growled and for the first time I saw fear in her eyes, "I promise" she said, I let go of her and smiled, "Good. Now ask away" I say sitting back on my bunk.

She nodded and sat next to me, "Who else knows?" She asked, "Marco and you" I say, her eyes widened "Not even your parents?" She asked, I scoffed "No, but maybe if they did, they'd pay more attention" I say, "I know, how you feel about that" she said, I smiled patting her back "Titans!" I heard someone from outside the room, I looked towards her.

We ran outside to see everyone rushing around, "Annabella!" Marco yelled as he ran over to us, "What?" I asked, "Orders have been set to distract the Titans while the citizens evacuate" he said, I nodded "Annie, I'll meet you near the church" I say, she nodded before disappearing, "Marco, don't die" I say, he smiled and gave me a kiss, "Don't get extinguished" he said pulling away, I rolled my eyes and smiled before going to the church.

Two Titans were heading towards Annie so I threw a fire ball at one, "Come on you ugly thing!" I yell before I tried to grab me, I laughed before slicing it's nape and landing next Annie, "I could of handle it" she said, I shrugged "I needed something easy" I say making her shake her head, "Annie! Bella!" Reiner yelled as he and Bertholdt landed next to us.

"What's up boys?" I asked, "Challenge you?" Reiner asked, I smirked "Depends, you two in?" I asked Annie and Bertholdt, they nodded making me smile "You're on" I say before taking off, "Cheater!" Reiner yelled as they followed my pursuit, "Abnormal!" Bertholdt yelled before I turned to face it only to have my wires pulled and crash land on the floor.

Annie's POV

Annabella crashed on to the floor before a Titan picked her up and dropped her in its mouth, "Annabella!" We all yelled, my grip tightened on my blades, "You'll pay for that you-" I growled before Reiner stopped me, I raised an eyebrow and turned to him, "Look" Bertholdt said pointing towards the Titan, I tilted my head as it began to steam everywhere then it explode, leaving a fire ball hovering in the air.

"What the-" "Annabella!" I yell as I went over to her, I landed on the roof nearest to her, she landed next to me and my eyes widened as her hair was fire and her eyes had an orange tinge to them, "Bella?" Reiner asked making her look towards them and her appearance going back to normal which caused them to gasp.

Annabella's POV

The bells to retreat rang but we was all running low on gas and Titans were guarding HQ, "Annabella?!" Marco yelled, I turned around to be collided with a hug, I smiled and hugged back "Where's your gear?" He asked pulling away, "Well, you see..." I trailed off rubbing the back of my neck, "You didn't" he said, "She had to, a Titan ate her" Annie said as her, Reiner and Bertholdt came over.

"You know as well?" Marco asked, they nodded "Kinda hard to not notice when she's a flaming goddess" Reiner said making me tilt my head and raise an eyebrow, "What? I either called you that or a Phoenix" he defended, I chuckled "Don't ever call me a goddess again" I say making him nod, "Phoenix it is" he said, "I'm strong" Mikasa said making me turn around only to see her fly away.

"Alright let's get moving!" I yell before enlightening myself in flames and following her, she ran out of gas and crash landed, Armin went to assist her "I'll go after them!" Connie yelled before leaving, I landed on a building waiting for everyone to catch up, as everyone landed they stared at me with fear and awe, "Alright everyone, let's move!" Jean ordered before taking lead to HQ.

After having 'Humanity's fightback' which was Eren using his Titan powers to move a boulder to block the hole in the wall, I was arrested for 'Sorcery' I was sat in the cell messing around with a fire ball, "Quite impressive" someone said starling me and extinguish the fire ball, I look outside my cage to see Commander Erwin and Captain Levi, "Here to execute me?" I asked, Erwin shook his head, "We're here to recruit you" he said, I nodded "Well once I'm out of here, consider me a member of the Survey Corps" I say.

"She's a lot more cooperative than that Jaeger kid" Levi said to Erwin, I scoffed "Well if you thought he had a short temper, I've got a even shorter one" I say, "Perfect. See you at the trail" Levi said before they left, "Trail? What trail?!" I yell as they left, "Keep it down hot stuff" One of the guards said, I growled before melting the cuffs and going over the cell gate, "Wanna say that again, piss-brain?" I asked, his eyes widened in horror "How did you-" he was cut off by a wild-haired woman popping her face in front of her eye "Hi!" She said making me jump.

I was outside the stables while Eren cleaned them out, the new recruits walked past and I smiled seeing Mikasa, Armin, Ymir, Christa, Sasha, Connie, Reiner and Bertholdt had joined, I frowned seeing that Marco, Jean or Annie wasn't here, Eren went over to them and then Jean appeared making me raise an eyebrow before going over, "Marco's dead" I heard Jean said before freezing to the spot.

Marco's POV (Ghost)

I noticed Annabella frozen to the spot as steam rose from her, "Annabella?" Eren asked making everyone look at her, she looked at me and I saw her orange eyes, "Fitch" Olou said, she shook her head "I can't" she said before running away, "I'm guessing she heard about Marco" Jean said, Eren rolled my eyes "She just heard that her boyfriend died, from you" he said, Jean dropped his head, they was an explosion from the field making us all look over before Captain Levi rode past us on his horse.

"Jaeger follow" he ordered, Eren nodded and followed him to the field, where Annabella was flaming my eyes widened as they came to a stop, "Fitch! That's enough!" Levi ordered, "Why didn't you tell me?!" She yelled turning around to them, "Tell you what?" He asked, "You know what!" She growled, Eren stepped forward "None of knew about him, Annabella. We've just found out ourselves" I say, she dropped to the floor and extinguished herself as she let out her sobs.

I went over to her crouching down "Don't give up, Annabella. I will always be with you. You'll always be my Phoenix"
