Esmaria's POV
"Armin! Can you stand?!" I asked as Reiner and myself approached him, "Y-yeah" he said, "You're good as dead with out a horse" Reiner said as he offered his spare horse, "We need to follow it" Armin said mentioning the Female Titan, we began to follow it "Armin you're mad" I say, "It's heading towards the centre of the formation. We need to distract it" he said, my eyes widened and Jean joined us "What are you's doing?" He asked.

"We're gonna distract her!" Reiner yelled pointing to the Female Titan, I sighed and Armin put his hood up "Put your hoods up! It won't slaughter us if it can't see our faces" he said, I smirked and pulled my hood up and pulled out my blades out, "Let's do this" I say looking at them all, they nodded before we began our attack on it.

Jean went to grapple on to its leg but it moved it out of the way and he landed on the floor, it turned around and knocked Armin's horse from under him, he tumbled and his gear came off, Jean went to attack again however it covered its nape and went to pull his wire, Armin began yelling making it stop in its tracks "Screw it" I say standing on the back of my horse pulling my hood down before jumping off my horse and grappling on to the arm it was using to protect its nape.

I looked to my left to see Reiner in the same pursuit before it grabbed him making me gasp, "Reiner!" I yell as I made a full turn around the female Titan before seeing it squish him, my eyes widened in horror before I let out a scream before going to slice its nape but it hardened it shattering my blades, I landed before seeing Reiner running away with Armin in his arms, "Maria come on!" Jean yelled, I sighed before following them.

We got to safety and I was wrapping Armin's head "How's that?" I asked, he was spaced out so I snapped my fingers in front of him making him jump, "I'm fine. Thanks" he said, I smiled before going over to Reiner, "How are you?" I asked placing my hand on his shoulder, he turned to face me "I'm good" he said, "Reiner, I thought you was killed" I say, he smiled and pulled me in for a hug, he kissed my forehead "Don't worry about me princess" he whispered.

I pulled away as Armin fired a purple flare, "I hope someone sees that" I say, "What?" Reiner asked, "Armin and myself are staying until help comes. You two should go ahead" I say, "Esm-" "Tell Commander Erwin that-" "Tell him yourself Armin, look!" Jean said cutting off Armin who cut off Reiner, I squinted and saw Krista coming with two extra horses, I smiled as she came "I saw your flare" she said, I smiled "Krista you're a goddess" I say giving her a hug, she smiled.

They got a horse, "I'll stay here" I say, Reiner frowned "No you're not" Reiner said before picking me up and placing me on his horse before getting on behind me, "Reiner, the horse it'll slow down with us both on" I say, "We'll continue together until we come across someone with a spare horse" he said before we took off, I sighed and turned to him before kissing his cheek, "You worry too much" I say, he chuckled "It's because I've got you" he said making me smile.
