Gabriel's POV
"Gabby!" Sasha yelled as she shook me awake, I groaned and sat up, "What Sasha?" I asked, "You're gonna miss breakfast" she said, I sighed before getting up and changed as she grabbed my arm and dragged me to the Mess Hall, "Sasha it's my day off" I groan as we approached the food, "Hey guys. Can we sit with you?" Sasha asked as we approached Reiner, Connie, Jean and Bertholdt's table, they nodded and mentioned the extra seats.

"Gabby you can sit next to Bertholdt maybe he could warm you up" she said as she sat across from Connie, "Is that a joke?" I asked as I sat in between her and Bertholdt, she shrugged before shoving her food into her mouth, I sighed and ate my own, I finished and went into my own little world until someone placed their hand on my shoulder making me jump and cover the table in frost, "Sorry Gabs" Sasha said as she looked at the frost, I looked at the boys who had a mixture of confusion and fear on their faces, "Sorry" I mutter before leaving the hall.

I was walking through the town until I heard screaming, I frowned before following the sound and arrived at the river to see some kids laughing at the edge, "What's going on here?" I asked, they all turned to face me and ran off, I raised an eyebrow and went over to the edge to see a young girl in the water, I went to get her but someone went past me and into the water grabbing her before passing her to me, Bertholdt got out making me raise an eyebrow "Are you okay?" I asked, the girl nodded "Just bullies" she said, I sighed standing up and holding my hand out, she took it before pulling away "You're freezing" she said, I looked towards the floor and she ran off.

Bertholdt and I made our way back to HQ without exchanging a word, "Hey guys!" Reiner yelled as he put an arm around each of us, I felt the heat off Bertholdt making me smile slightly before getting out of Reiner's hold, "I'll see you guys later" I say before leaving to go up to the roof, a couple of minutes past and someone sat next to me, I turned slightly to see Bertholdt "Are you following me?" I asked, he shrugged "Maybe" he said, "Great, first these pathetic powers and now a stalker" I say, his expression changed making me smirk, "I'm joking, relax. It's nice to have someone around, who's not scared of me" I say.

"How do you know that the girls are scared of you?" He asked, "Their eyes. They might joke about it but they're truly scared what I could do" I say looking at my hands, "What can you do?" He asked, "Kill" I say bluntly.

I was on the roof waiting for Bertholdt, we made it a daily thing, I turned around when I heard footsteps making me turn around seeing one of the new recruits, who also happened to be a b*tch, "All alone" she taunted, I rolled my eyes and back away from her, she chuckled "Scared?" She asked, I stopped at the edge and looked over at the ground, "Let's see what you're like without your gear" she said before pushing me, my eyes widened as I fell, I made an ice slide and landed on my feet, I looked up at the roof before growling and raising myself back up using the ice, I stepped off in front of her.

She had fear covering her face making me smirk, "Scared?" I asked as I walked around her, she tried to run but slipped on the ice, I bent over her "Let's see how you do without oxygen" I say before covering her in ice, "Gabby!" I heard Bertholdt yelled, I turned to look at him and saw fear in his face making me frown and get rid of the ice, "You're a freak!" She yelled as she got up, I looked at the floor "Just wait until everyone hears about this" she said before running off the roof.

"Gabby?" Bertholdt asked as he came over to me, I didn't look at him making him sigh before he pulled me into a hug, I was hit by a wave of warmth making me smile and hug back, he pulled away and put his finger underneath my chin tilting it up to look at him, "You were scared of me" I say, he frowned "I wasn't scared of you. I was scared for you" he said making me raise an eyebrow, "Wh-?"
I was cut off by him kissing me, I smiled into it before returning it.
