The initiates arrive just as the train becomes noticeable in the distance.
"Grab a gun and some painballs" Uriah shouts. "And quickly the train is here."
We all ready had our weapons on us so as soon as the train begins to pass us we jump into the carriage. All the initiates follow some struggling so we help them up. The dauntless born seem to be able to handle this themselves. Once everyone is comfortably on the train I look to Tobias and then to Zeke. We stand in a line infront of them.
"This is one of dauntless' traditions which go back way before even we joined Dauntless so I suggest you take this seriously." Zeke says.
"You will be split into two teams. The first will be with me and Four the second with Zeke and Uriah." I shout. "We will be playing capture the flag."
"Let's divide the transfers first. You can go first Four." Uriah says grinning.
"Noah" he says. He walks towards us.
"Liam" Uriah says.
Now it's my turn and I remember what Tobias told me every other year we want a fast team. I look around the initiates and I find my victim.
"Annie" I say at last.
"George" Zeke chooses.
"Charlotte" Tobias says.
"Katie" Uriah picks.
"And that leaves Dean with us." I say.
"Wait we get Violet!" Zeke laughs.
When we divide up the Dauntless borns, we have one short but that doesn't matter. On our team the Dauntless borns are a dark skin beautiful slim girl called Sara, a tall strong looking boy called Neil, a girl who like Marlene is flirty and pretty called Clara and lastly another guy called Luke who like my Tobias is strong but fast.
We get off the train first and run down to the pier. The same as my initiation year did. When we won after I climbed the Ferris wheel and nearly died!
"Four didn't both of you guys win once?" Clara asks batting her eyelashes.
"Yes we did," He replies.
"Where do you hide the flag then?" Noah asks.
"We cannot say it would defeat the purpose of the task." I say loudly. "I suggest you figure out a strategy and then decide how and where your going to hide the flag. In 10 minutes the other team will have gotten of the train to and will be looking for our flag so hide it well."
"Like copying my words?" Tobias asks with laughter. "I'm very impressed!"
"You should be!" I giggle pushing him to the side.
We walk and sit on top of the carousel waiting for our team to decide. Some want to defend the flag and some want to look for the flag.
"Six you sure can't give us any help?" Dean asks.
"Nope!" I laugh, then I nudge Tobias and say, "shouldn't we help them if we want to win?"
"Yes but slyly." He whispers. "Like I went up the Ferris wheel with you"
"When i got scared when you touched my side and one of your figures found its way to my skin!" I explain.
"You were scared of me?" He asks.
"Petrified but I don't think it had anything to do with you killing me or hurting me." I say.
"Then what was it to do with?" He laughs
