"One of the initiates is pregnant." I say.

"Pregnant? How do you know? And who?" So many questions as always coming from Will but I can answer them.

"Charlotte the abnegation girl who is ranking first at the moment and we know because she told us and her first fear today was people finding out she was pregnant and then having them stone her to death for being a whore." I explain.

"No offence guys but she's an abnegation, how is she pregnant after only being here for less than 2 weeks." Will asks.

"She wasn't a true abnegation as it seems, she met Liam a while before the choosing ceremony. They secretly dated even through the faction barriers at school and they had sex about a month ago and he's definetly the father and is denying it to save himself and now she is afraid and...." I pause. "Wants to die"

"Die?" Will asks shocked. I nod slowly.

"We also found something out today." Tobias says. Will raises his eye brows asking him what it was. "She is divergent." Will jumps back in shock.

"Divergent, I must tell Eric at once you understand that right?" Will says.

"No Will wait.." I begin. "There is a threat apon my life by my brother and Jeanine at the Erudite compound."

"Why?" Will asks.

"Because they need a Divergent.." I stutter, "and I'm the only one they know for sure is."

"Your divergent?" Will asks shocked. I nod. "How long have you known?"

"Before I met you, ever since my test." I explain.

"Tris, I don't understand what your asking me to do." Will whispers.

"We want you to take Charlotte and contact the erudite telling them you have a divergent for them." Tobias says.

"You want to sacrifice someone else's life?" Will asks shocked again.

"Will I'm asking you as my friend, please help us!" I beg.

"I'll help you, of course I will. I don't want to see you dead!" Will scratches his eye brow. "But this isn't like you Tris."

"What is?" I ask.

"Sacrificing someone else so you can be left alone.." He whispers so quietly it's hard to hear him.

"She will die either way, suicide or murder. This way she may be able to live longer!" Is all I can say. Will looks at me, then to Tobias.

"And you agree?" Will asks Tobias.

"Yes of course I do." Tobias says pulling me into his side.

"I'll make the call," Will says. "But thank you for telling me."

"Will?" I ask

"Yeah?"

"You can keep a secret right? Don't tell Christina or anyone, don't even let them know we told you about Charlotte, we don't exist in this." I say but we do, this is all happening because of me. Will nods and picks up the phone, I mouth thank you to him and me and Tobias walk out of his office . We hear the start of his conversation just as we're leaving.

"Hello Jeanine, this is Will one of the Dauntless leaders..." Then his voice trails off and me and Tobias walk back to our apartment for a well deserved snuggle and love making.
