Chapter Five: Hanging Out

Chapter Five:

Main POV:

    I was laying in bed, reading when I heard pebbles being thrown at my window. I open the blinds to find Alli sitting on a tree.

    “May I help you?” I laughed opening the window.

  “Can I stay here for a while?” She pleaded with her hands.

    “In the tree? Sure!” I started to close the window.

    “Angel, please?” She mimicked Cody's voice. I rolled my eyes.

    “Of course you can stay here, but don't call me that! It's bad enough that Cody calls me that. Like where did that even come from?” I helped Alli out of the tree and through the window.

    She shrugged her shoulders as there was a long pause.

    “So, why are you hiding here anyways?” I asked.

    “Ruby texted me saying Jake is trying to look for me to tell me something.” She whispered.

    “What's the big deal?” I sighed sitting on my bed.

    “We used to like each other, but then I met someone else and am still dating.” She laid beside me.

    “You're seeing someone?!” I got up to look at her. “Why didn't you tell me?” I frowned.

    “I'm sorry! I was going to tell you next time we met, which was probably today.” She smiled. I bet she was in love. They were probably like Bella and Edward, Peeta and Katniss or Cammie and Zach.

    “Don't worry, it's okay and by all means stay as long as you want.” I turned opening the door and start walking downstairs.

    “Wait, can you check to make sure they're not there?” She whispered.

    “How could they get in when the door's locked and my mom's gone out?” I raised an eyebrow.

    “They could be by the glass door.” She frowned.

    “Okay, fine, how about we both go down and you can run to the basement? We can spend the day there since it's cooler and there's a TV.” I smiled. “I'll just go get some food and meet you there!”

    “Thank you so much!” She laughed as I walked to the kitchen and she ran to the basement.

    The truth is, Alli was the first girl friend I've ever had. She was the first girl I told my secrets to. It was actually fun bonding and talking about girl stuff. I've never talked to a girl about personal things besides my mother.

    We had a Walking Dead marathon and ate popcorn and pizza. Alli showed me this cool website called Tumblr. I think I've never had this much fun a long time. It felt good.

By the way I know Alli's not the type of person who watches Walking Dead but I couldn't think of any other shows! I'm sorry

OH AND I THINK YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO LOVE THE NEXT CHAPTER! I LAUGHED SO HARD WHILE WRITING IT!
