Chapter Fifteen: The Awards

Chapter Fifteen

“What is she wearing?” I gasped as Kenny sat back down on the couch.

“They all dress like that.” He rolled his eyes. “Chocolate.” He handed me the bowl as I shoved a whole bunch in my mouth.

We were watching a award show. I think it was called the MTV’s. I was waiting to see Cody, Ryan and Alli, but the interviewer was too busy talking to some half-naked chick.

Kenny and I were at home while Cody was miles, more like oceans away from me. He was all the way in North America while I was here shoving chocolate in my mouth. Cody begged me to come, but the thought of cameras all up in my face and interviewers trying to get personal information out of me made me want to roll up into a tiny ball and curl back and forth in a corner. I was never good around people. I would feel uncomfortable and end up talking in Lord of the Rings form. Well that actually happens when I feel awkward or nervous.

“So, whom was the lady that wore a meat dress years ago?” I asked handing the bowl back to him. I’ve been trying to learn all the names of celebrities, but currently have failed.

“Ugh Lady Ga-” Kenny said when my phone started beeping. It was Alli. She was sending me a FaceTime request.

“Hey.. Oh what happened to you?” I joked. She frowned before laughing.

“Says the one that stole Medusa’s hair.” She rolled her eyes. “She called and she wants her hair back.”

“Hehe.. Medusa called, nah nah nah.” I mimicked. “Anyways, why haven’t I seen you guys on TV yet?” I pouted. I wanted to see what my baby looked like.

“Well Cody just disappeared and so did Ryan so…” She shrugged. “Changing subject. Since you didn’t want to come I thought you deserve to still see the red carpet.” She said flipping the camera so I saw her view.

“We can already see it on TV genius!” Kenny mumbled chewing on chocolate.

“Can you find Cody?” I asked.

“You just want to see what he looks like!” Kenny laughed making me punch him. “What? It’s true!”

Alli laughed as she walked through the crowd looking for Cody. She walked around until she found his manager. They talked for a bit before he told her Cody was back stage. She continued walking as she placed her phone to her side so all Kenny and I could see was the ground.

“Ryan!” I could hear her scream.

“Hey baby!” His voice got louder as he approached her.

They were talking about something, but I don’t think Alli realized she clicked a button and now Kenny and I watched them kiss.

“Get a room!” Kenny yelled making them turn red. We all laughed as Alli and Ryan continued walking to find Cody. She flipped the camera again so I could see her view. They walked and talked as they turned the corner. Ryan gasped first before I finally saw what they were looking at. Cody was kissing a girl.

HEY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! How are you?

I dare you guys to do what I've done! So the other day I went to a local library and I picked the first book I saw and chose to read it! (While I was picking a random book mine turned to be a Christmas one, but hey! It's never to early for Christmas!) This was an amazing idea! The book i read was perfect and cute!
