Chapter Twenty

I woke in my bed with my head against Cody's bare chest.

Wow,wait,what? I sat up. How in the world did I get back here? What happened yesterday? My mind went all blurry, I can't remember anything after meeting Stacy.

"Cody!" I shook him. "Cody!"

He slowly began sitting up and rubbed his arms.

"What?" He moaned in his morning voice. Damn that was hot.

"What happened yesterday?" I asked tying my hair in a bun.

"What do you mean?" He said getting out of the bed a putting on a shirt.

"What happened yesterday." I said firmly.

He gave me a weird look before answering. "Kenny introduced you to St.."

"What happened after they went upstairs." I shook my head.

Images in my head started to come back. I remember Cody calling me perfect then lying down on the couch.

"You were tired so you took a nap." His eyes left mine for a spilt secound as if he was thinking of something. "By the time you woke up everyone came home and we all ate dinner. After that, most of us went outside and just laid on a blanket watching the stars. You don't remember all of this?"

"No." I said awkwardly. "Maybe I was just really tired yesterday. It'll come back to me I'm sure." I waved it off walking out the room.

Cody's POV:

Pfhh she doesn't remember. Thank god! I shouldn't have done that! It probably startled her but I'm glad she doesn't remember.

Alex's POV:

"Good morning mom!" I said sitting on one of the stools.

"Good morning sweetie!" She said tossing me an apple.

"Any plans for today?" I asked before taking a bite.

"Well since Ryan and Kenny's mom is leaving tomorrow I thought her and I might go to some spa then shopping. What are you gonna do?" She said cracking eggs.

"Oh that's nice. Probably just gonna relax today."

"School semester starts soon so you'll need to be getting ready soon." My mom said pouring the eggs into a pan.

"Oh, what school do you plan on going to?" Cody asked sitting on the stool beside me.

"Well..." I drifted off letting my mom finish.

"She's homeschooled."

"Oh.." Cody slowly said. "Maybe we can homeschool together!" Cody yelled like a light bulb went off in his head.

"Sorry Cody but school comes before anything else and I don't want her getting distracted because you're there." My mom said flipping the eggs

"Okay thats fine. Education is important and I get that." He smiled sweetly at my mother.

"Maybe if Alex keeps getting A's then I'll think about it." She smiled back before handing us the eggs and leaving the kitchen.

"So, what do you wanna do today?" I asked grabbing one of the plates and a fork.

"Well I'll be going out later on today. Wanna come?" Cody asked taking a bite of eggs from my plate.

"Maybe." I shrugged teasing him. "Maybe not." I winked.

"You're such a-"

"Good morning to you love birds too!" Kenny said walking down stairs with Stacy.
