Rj hurriedly walked into the room when he heard Maine cry out in pain. Then he saw it, dark splotches on the floor very near Maine's legs. He slowly looked up and saw a streak of dark, colored "something" which appeared to be running down Maine's leg.
In the meantime, Maine was clutching and rubbing her belly as she writhed in pain; her face crunched up and she was groaning. "Ahh....masakit!....ARAAAAAAAY!"
In panic, Rj ran to Maine. "Anong nangyari?! Okay ka lang?" He dropped what he was holding.
"Masakit!"
"Saan?" He held her by the elbows in attempt to prop her up.
"Dito....ahhh" she rubbed her belly which prompted Rj to place his hand on her belly, too.
He sat her on the chair nearby. He ran his hand up on her leg and to her thigh where the dark liquid seemed to have "started". He lifted the hem or her dress and tried to peep under. She looked at him, still in pain.
"Ahhh...." she complained.
He picked her up and cradled her, the dark liquid staining his shirt and shorts.
As he was walking hurriedly towards his car, she says, "Okay na ako...okay na....you can put me down...."
"Huh? Kanina lang you were complaining na masakit...." Rj slowly put Maine down, confused.
"Can you please pass me those..." she pointed to the items on the table which he picked up and handed to her.
She bent down and started wiping the stain off her leg and off his clothes.
"Ketchup" she said. "I was going to get some tissues but I bumped my puson on the corner of the table....the ketchup from my burger spilled out kasi when I took a bite...."
