"And that's a wrap! Thank you, everyone!" The AD called out. The cameras stopped whirling and the lights were shut. Soon, the crew became busy clearing up the location.
With one look, Rj led Maine toward the dressing area.
"I'm so tired!" She whined as she slightly stomped her feet while walking. Trying not to catch too much attention, Rj walked past her and intentionally bumped against her arm to remind her that there were still a few people around them. This "accident" actually brought a few shrieks to the crowd who were watching.
"Sa akin ka na" Rj said under his breath as he removed his shirt and changed into a fresh one.
"Huh?" Maine replied. She was busy putting her things in her bag.
"Mauna lang ako sa labas. Sunod ka nalang. Alam na ni Manong yun."
"Ah okay." Maine replies, still busy packing her bag, not looking at him. This had been one of their "routines" so that people would not suspect anything going on between them.
Though they exited through the door almost together, Rj stepped forward gave a quick goodbye to everyone then bussed her on the cheek, rubbing her back gently. He whispered, "..sunod ka". She smiled and waved at the people around, "Bye guys, salamat." She said before getting in her van.
"Ready na po?" Manong, the driver, asked as Maine got into the van.
"Opo" MJ, the assistant, who sat in the front seat, replied.
The driver left the parking area and soon turned into a dark street.
"Meng, andito na tayo" MJ said.
"Ah" Maine replied as the van door opened. The light on the door switched on and Rj stood outside.
"Ready?" He asked.
Maine nodded and then she transferred to his van which was parked right beside hers.
"Kayo na bahala sa gamit.." He instructed their staff as he rode the back seat of his van after Maine got in.
He gave her a quick smack on the lips before she settled herself on his shoulder. She was very tired and sleepy that they hadn't gone far from the area yet when she fell into deep sleep. Rj adjusted her head and leaned his head on hers and soon fell asleep himself.
