ALAAAAAARMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!
After Team RaMen's victory in the Dabarkad's Goals competition and the stage lights dimmed, Maine let her team mates exit the stage first before slowly walking backstage herself. Rj saw this as he waited for her. He didn't approach her right away but kept an eye on her as they made their way to the green room. Once inside, Maine slowly sat on the couch as people came by and congratulated her. She smiled and chatted with some before excusing herself and going into the bathroom.
It had been quite some time that Maine had "disappeared" so Rj asked where she was.
"Nag-CR...." one of the people in the room said.
"Ahh..." Rj said and walked to the bathroom door, ".......Maine?....Maine?" He gently knocked on the door. "....okay ka lang?"
".....bag please...." She replied.
".....I have it here...." Rj said after getting her things.
The door clicked unlocked and Rj opened the door, expecting Maine's hand to be waiting for the bag. When the door didn't open from the inside, Rj slowly pushed the door in and found Maine sitting on the toilet, crying.
"Are you okay?" Rj asked as he put down the bag on the floor and approached her.
".....pagod.....masakit...." she said in between soft sobs.
"shhhh...." He said as he hugged her. She winced in pain so he softened his hug around her body. "Let's wash up na so that we can go home and rest.....wait lang...."
He stood up and left the bathroom for a while. He came back with a plastic chair. He checked her bag for her things and took out what he needed.
He helped her undo her braids. Without protest, she allowed him to remove her clothes and lift her on to the plastic chair which he set inside the shower stall. He turned the shower on and adjusted the temperature before spraying her with water. He shampooed her hair and rinsed it after. Rj gently rubbed Maine's arms and legs to remove the body paint. He took a wash cloth and put some body wash and applied the lather on Maine's body. He gently scrubbed her arms and legs to remove all the remaining paint. He picked up her feet and scrubbed them, too. He slowly rubbed his hands on her body after it was covered in soap to try to massage her a little.
"....thank you...." Maine said quietly.
"....you're welcome.....can you stand so that you can wash........?" He said as he rinsed the soap off.
Maine slowly stood, assisted by Rj and held on to the chair's back rest while he turned the water spray on her bum and crotch.
When he was done, she spoke. "Thank you.....I think I can manage dressing myself....." as he wrapped a towel around her body to assist her out of the shower. "....Maligo ka na rin....you got wet na o...." she pointed to his clothes.
"Huh?....my clothes are outside...."
"You can use this towel....your extra shirt and boxers are in my bag....."
".....I....."
"I put some of your extra clothes in my bag, too...."
"Ah"
"Sige na, maligo ka na..."
"Okay...." Rj replied and removed his clothes.
Maine changed while Rj showered. She gave him her towel after and helped him dry his hair and back while he dug into the bag for his clothes.
"....wala atang shorts dyan e...." she said.
"Wala nga...." He said as he took the towel from her and wrapped it around his waist.
"Thanks again..." she said, smiling. Her eyes were puffy from crying and she looked very tired.
".....only you...." Rj said as he gave her a smack on the lips.
